Great hotel near shops and restaurants

Pros: The hotel we stayed in was really nice. Our room was very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. Even though we didn’t have breakfast there, we thought it was awesome that we could make coffee and tea whenever we wanted, day or night. The decorations in the hotel were also really interesting and caught our attention, making the place feel special and unique. Overall, it was a great experience!

Pros: Very centrally located next to the Kennedy Parc. The room was comfy and clean.

Cons: The windows can not be closed entirely and the noise at night can disturb you, especially when you have a room next to the street.

Pros: I liked the hotel’s location right in the heart of Miraflores.

Cons: It was a bit too noisy. The windows didn’t close properly, so at night you could hear all the street noise. For the price, breakfast should have been included. Here I had to pay an extra 20 soles, which isn’t much, but other hotels at this rate usually include it. Another issue was housekeeping. Despite informing the staff that I did not want my room cleaned, the cleaner entered and cleaned it during my absence. This was concerning, as I had personal items in the room. There was also a strange situation where I was almost charged 24 dollars for a supposedly dirty towel, which was never shown to me. After I questioned it, the charge was dropped.

Totally up to our expectations.

Pros: Perfectly located for our purpose, in the Miraflores area. Very helpful staff, eager to help and please. Some rooms are more confortable and quiet than others : very good to acceptable given the central location (we made several stops with different rooms). Perfectly clean and accessible. We did not have breakfast, but use the free coffee facility.

Cons: The main issue is the lack of elevator : it is a difficulty with heavy suitcases and no help from the staff. Some rooms are noisy either because they open on the street or directly on the internal patio and the lobby.

Pros: The location is amazing, in the heart of Miraflores. Room was big and clean. One of our favorite hotels on this trip. The staff spoke good english and they were very friendly. My friend and I both got sick on our trip and they were very helpful and accommodating.
