Overall great stay- wonderful breakfast great staff!

Pros: We stayed from 17-20/1/26 with breakfast included. Hotel in a great location. Very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, we really enjoyed it. Thank you for putting effort in the breakfast. Ohh and thank you so much for let us check in when we arrived (we arrived to Lima in the morning from Cusco and I was sure they would make us wait) this was much appreciated mostly staying with kids!!

Cons: We had a balcony that we could not access. So hopefully it can one day changed.

Pros: The location of the hotel was perfect. It’s situated in the middle of the city walking distance from the mall and many restaurants. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and cozy. I enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel in a good location

Pros: The reception staff were really helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were quite early for check in but we were told we could use all the facilities straight away so we stored our baggage and headed to the indoor heated pool which was very welcome after 32 hours of travelling. The hotel has Spa facilities which were great. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and really nice. We liked it so much we have booked a further stay for our return to Lima.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.

Great facilities and delicious breakfast

Pros: This hotel is stunning, and really well located with a lovely pool, steam room, sauna and gym. The breakfast is fantastic, I just wished we’d stayed longer to enjoy the hotel more. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful.
