Hotel Murano

Fabulous stay at Hotel Murano!

Pros: The breakfast was excellent! Many shops located just a short walk away from the Hotel.

Cons: Basically no WiFi on the 6th floor but very good WiFi on the lower floors.

Nice modern hotel with a great location, but right next to a noisy school.

Pros: Great location just a block from the central market, shops and lots of restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Because the hotel is right next to a school, it was noisy during parts of the afternoon and evening.

Great hotel in center of Abancay

Pros: We choose the suite with great view on the mountains. The hotel is in the centre and we got really nice recommendation for a restaurant/ diner around the corner, we really enjoyed. Good beds & warm shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Curtains don't really block the daylight/ sun.

Pros: El tamaño de la habitación y del baño una maravilla

Pros: El chico que atiende por las noches no es tan ameno en cambio la señorita de las mañanas excelente en sugerirte lugares, transporte , ayuda para alguien que viaja por primera vez y no conoce.

Cons: Yo agregaria una secadora para cabello en el baño, por lo demas todo excelente

Pros: En general todo bien, y en particular y concretamente destacar la profesionalidad del recepcionista Obrayam que nos recibió a la llegada y a la recepcionista Mariluz por su amabilidad a la salida del hotel, muchas gracias a ambos.

Cons: Al cuarto de baño le faltaría ser un poco más grande y poner cortinas que impidan el paso de la luz del día por la mañana y así evitar despertarse.

Pros: buen desayuno y ubicación centrica con varios lugares accesibles

Pros: Desde la llegada, el personal fue muy amable y atento, además de ello la limpieza fue algo fundamental para la estadía de mi y mi familia, realmente es sentirse muy cómodo con todos los servicios brindados, es como llegar a tu hogar ...

Cons: El tener mas tiempo para quedarme mas días y disfrutar de la calidez de todo.

Pros: El Hotel Murano fue una experiencia increíble. Atención de primera, habitaciones impecables y cómodas, además de un desayuno delicioso. Su ubicación es ideal, y el personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar. ¡Definitivamente volvería!

Pros: Sehr schickes Hotel. Alles sehr neu und modern. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischem Smoothie und Eiern.

Cons: Da Abankay nicht so touristisch ist, spricht keiner Englisch, auch im Hotel. War aber vorher klar. Mein Spanisch ist leider schlecht, aber mit Übersetzungsprogramm sind alle sehr hilfsbereit.
