Pros: Comfortable modern and clean, very good breakfast. There was a mistake with the exchange rate when I paid on arrival but the lady on reception called me over on the second day to tell me that I had paid too much and she gave me credit to use in the hotel bar or restaurant. I thought this was very honest of her and appreciated it greatly. Would definitely recommend the hotel

Pros: The hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and pleasantly decorated. The rooms were also great, especially the bed and pillows were fantastic. Breakfast and meals at the Papryrus restaurant were very good, and the prices were excellent. The hotel is in a very central location, with everything you might need nearby. I will definitely return to Lima and the Faraona hotel.

Great location and very comfortable rooms despite being a bit outdated

Pros: The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, especially the doormen. The entrance and communal areas were a nice space to relax and the beds very comfortable. There was a small fridge in the room which was useful.

Cons: The rooms and bathrooms were dated in decor and utilities and really need modernising/updating. There was no extractor fans in the bathroom so the room was always damp and nothing dried. The hairdryer automatically switched off when it over heated which unfortunately only too 2 minutes and then continued to switch on for only 5-10 seconds every 3 minutes or so! The breakfast was ok but could benefit from more variety of fruits, jams and fresh coffee.

central location, good breakfast, wifi strong, neighbourhood felt safe, staff were very accomodating

Pros: hotel was clean, breakfast was continental style with some bread and eggs and juice. they were able to accommodate an early check in which was very convenient. the location is very close to mireflores park (kennedy park) and seems very safe. air con in the rooms and a small swimming pool

Super location in Miraflores.Short walk to Kennedy Park and town.Not far to do a City Tour.

Pros: Breakfast was the best we had in Peru;prepared eggs, fruits and juices and options on types of coffee.Service was exceptional.

Cons: The picture of the pool was taken with a wide angle lens. it should have been a hot tub.

Faraona in Miraflores

Pros: After a difficult trip for the elderly to Kusto, the hotel greeted us with kind, friendly service, a very quiet room overlooking the main street, the room is equipped with air conditioning, a shower. Excellent internet speed, there is cable TV, daily cleaning and a very varied breakfast. We rested before the flight home. Thank you, I want to come to you again
