Nice, modern, spacious, comfortable, close to main square
Pros: Nice spacious room and bathroom, recently renovated, nicely decorated room. Close to the main square (3 blocks). Great shower, plenty of hot water. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: Minor thing: Would have liked to have a reading lamp

Pros: O hotel é muito bem localizado e os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestativos. O quarto que ficamos, 14, tinha um pequeno desnível, mas era amplo e confortável, com uma cama imensa e um chuveiro maravilhoso. O hotel é simples, mas muito aconchegante.
Cons: Por se tratar de um edifício antigo, o chão no 2o andar range bastante, o que pode incomodar a quem tem o sono leve. O café da manhã é bastante simples. No quarto, sentimos falta de uma mesa e cadeira. Nada disso nos atrapalhou, mas merece destaque.

Very much enjoyed our stay, would recommend!
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Large and comfortable bed with plenty of blankets for cold nights. Large and modern bathroom with excellent water pressure and warm temperatures. Variety of teas available at all times to help with the altitude sickness. Suffice light breakfast available including fruits, ham & cheese, breads, and eggs & potatoes. Staff held our luggage at the hotel after check out while we went out exploring the town.
Cons: Can be a bit noisy in the mornings from staff and other patrons moving about.

Supero mis expectativas, lo recomendaría ampliamente
Pros: Lo busqué primero por la ubicación. Luego el desayuno que estaba incluido que es tipo bufet, muy rico y con varias opciones para elegir. El personal es increíblemente atento y siempre con una sonrisa. Son muy atentos para conseguirte tours y experiencias en Cuzco. Tienen paraguas para prestar a los huéspedes que se agradece mucho en tiempo de lluvia. Las habitaciones amplias y con aire acondicionado y calefacción. Las camas muy cómodas y la ropa de cama increíble y abrigadora.
Cons: Que no te dejen invitar huéspedes a tu habitación. Se entiende el control pero no el costo adicional por que alguien pueda pasar a la habitación sin quedarse a dormir u hospedarse

Pros: Расположение. Останавливалась дважды, во второй раз дали номер на втором этаже, он был получше, в первый раз доставка номер в полуподвальном помещении, было холодно и сыро
Cons: Налог, который начисляется букингом без внятного предупреждения

Pros: Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel y volvería a hacerlo, está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias, el servicio de recepción es muy atento las 24 horas, tienes disponible mate todo el día, puedes guardar el equipaje y están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que se requiera
