Pros: Nice location, close to everything. Calm even though it is in a busy place.

Cons: Breakfast only starts at 7 and they make you pay for a breakfast box if you leave early for a tour, other hotels have breakfast starting at 6 and give you the box for free.

A wonderful stay in Cusco with my mom — cozy, well-located, and unforgettable.

Pros: I really liked the central location, the beautiful colonial-style building, and the cozy atmosphere. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable.

Cons: Everything was great.

Sacha Centric is a lovely hotel, clean, confortable, with kind personnel and excellent location.

Pros: The personnel were very kind. Mr Luis in the reception, and any other personnel in the reception were always helpful and available even very early (4am) in the morning. If we needed to depart before breakfast hours, they gave the option of buying lunch boxes they had ready for us when the tour agency picked us up. This was very helpful! They have also snacks and water we could buy in the reception at all hours, and coca leafs and hot water for free. The location is also great. It is close to the main square where many times our tours ended, and close by to several nice, affordable restaurants with good food, from pizza places to traditional Peruvian food. Very handy when coming back from a long day of tourist activities and you don't want to go too far for a good dinner. At breakfast, coffee was delicious (very important for me :-) and the personnel was also very kind and gave the option of asking eggs (fried, cooked or scramble) made fresh for us.

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and public areas. Good breakfast and very convenient location. Reception staff were very helpful when we needed some medical attention.

Pros: Comfortable and modern furnishings but retaining it's original charm and features. In the historic centre on a busy road, but inside the courtyard it was peaceful and quiet. Best breakfast we have had in the whole of South America. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Gris on reception.

Cons: No window as the room opened off the courtyard, but not a big problem

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice colonial patio. Just what needed to hace a place to rest in the beautiful Cusco.

Cons: Unfortunately they have a problem with the water pressure so it makes having a warm shower a bit of a challenge!.. it makes it a bit difficult.
