Hotel Del Prado Hometown

Pros: The hotel is very clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: The room was cold (we stayed there in June) but we had enough blankets so it wasn't a problem during the night

Pros: We can't say much because unfortunately we were sick and we had to go to a clinic for the 3 nights that we have booked here. The owner cslled the clinic and a doctor came to the hotel and decided to take us with him to the hospital.

Cons: Far from the city centre and, for what I remember, was quite cold but I don't know if they would provide a heater if asked.

Homely and Friendly - hard to beat for the price!

Pros: It's run by a small team, so you will feel right at home. Location felt safe even at night. The breakfast is cooked to order by a housekeeper, who is the nicest lady. They were also pretty accommodating of our requests, arranging taxi rides from Poroy and the airport. We ended up extending our stay by another 2 nights just so we could come back to the same place after Machu Picchu. We left most of our belongings in the room + room safe while we were in Aguas Calientes, and had no issues.

Cons: Location is about a 20 mins walk from the main historical town square. The walk felt safe even at night though, plus it was only a USD 2-3 Uber ride anyway. Wasn't a game changer for us.

Pros: Super friendly, calm, staff preparered breakfast even qt 5 ik the morning. The man helped me when I was sick.

Excelente custo benefício.

Pros: O hotel entrega o que promete. Apenas é bom dizer que o Hotel fica numa subida e não é tão perto da praça principal de Cusco. Mas um uber ou indrive ali é superbarato e dá para se deslocar facilmente. Os preços dos hoteis mais próximos da plaza de armas as vezes não compensa. Tambem recomendo que consultem o aquecedor para os dias em que faz frio. Chuveiro excelente, wifi excelente, otimos funcionários, café da manha excelente, lugar para trabalhar etc.

Cons: Apenas o aquecimento poderia ser feito algo para não ficar muito frio em alguns quartos.

Pros: Personal muy cordial y atento, disponibles 24hs para lo que se solicite. Instalaciones cómodas y limpias.

Cons: Ubicación un tanto alejada.

Pros: Higiene, confortável, cordialidade dos funcionários.

Cons: Um pouco distante, mas custo-benefício excelente.

Hotel muy acogedor en Cusco

Pros: Excelente la atención, preocupados de atender de la mejor forma, disposición a cubrir las necesidades de los pasajeros, en constante comunicación para apoyar y dar sugerencias. Aún cuando se encuentra alejado del centro cuentan con servicio de taxi no gratuito pero de confianza y a precio razonable. No cuenta con restaurante pero poseen la disposición y las alternativas para comprar alimentación para servirse en el comedor o las piezas.

Cómoda, agradable recomendable 100%

Pros: Me encantó su arquitectura simple pero muy armónica; habitaciones amplias con buena luz. Camas muy cómodas.personal muy atento sus dueños personalmente preocupados de la buena estadía de sus pasajeros
