Pros: The staff was so! friendly. Havent experience this amount of hospitality in a long time. I had a hard day with a tour and some work related stuff and was a bit down. When i came back to my room i found a plate with cookies, a limonade and a note with some nice words. I immediately felt happy again. They also brought me some pralines and alpaca souvenier to my room on the following day. So much additional attention to detail to make you feel at home. The price for what you get is definitely worth it!

Pros: The hotel itself is lovely, from the rooms, dining area, facilities to everything else. The staff is very friendly and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to help you out when you need it. Unlike most other 4 star hotels in Cusco, there are not 200 tourists busses arriving everyday and it's relatively calm and private.

Great!
Pros: The staff were all so fantastic, the bedrooms were excellent
Cons: Possibly the location as it was a little bit further away from central Cusco than we would have liked

My go-to hotel in Cusco. I have stayed 3 times and would not look for anywhere else.
Pros: Clean, comfortable, great staff. Super views over Cusco from room 327.
Cons: Being picky, the restaurant gets a bit busy at breakfast time.

Great Staff and Stay , Minor Room Service Surprises!
Pros: We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel, and the food was absolutely incredible. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a chef at the egg station making everything fresh. My son and I are both fussy eaters (i am vegetarian), but we were spoiled for choice. The freshness, flavour, and variety were exceptional—and the mini baguette-style rolls tasted just like the ones in Paris! Every staff member is gracious and welcoming and they seem happy to serve you. The staff were also kind enough to store our luggage for a few days while we travelled to Machu Picchu, which made our journey so much easier. Thoughtful and much appreciated!
Cons: I booked a suite for two nights and was informed that it includes two bottles of water. However, I was surprised to learn that these wouldn’t be replenished the next day—instead, I was told to go to the restaurant to refill them myself. For a suite, I expected a bit more attention to comfort and convenience. I also didn’t appreciate that room service wasn’t available until 12 noon. I enjoy slower start to the morning and fresh coffee delivered early would have added bonus. There was a Nespresso style machine in the suite , though that coffee wasn’t to my taste. These small things do matter, especially when the booking is for a higher-category room and also a hotel like this.

Good, comfortable and clean
Pros: Good facilities, comfortable, clean. Good showers. It’s on the top of a very steep hill so prepare to walk if you can. Otherwise, uber in and out are easy.

Wonderful hotel with comfortable rooms, and friendly and helpful staff
Pros: Lovely hotel a short walk from the old city, with comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. There were issues with the buses and we risked missing our train to Machu Picchu, and the reception staff helped us navigate the issue. The hotel also let us leave our luggage whilst we stayed in Machu Picchu, and collected on our return to the Cusco airport, which was a great help. The breakfast buffet was great, and helpfully started at 5am, as we had an early start. All in all Cusco was a lovely place to spend and day and I highly recommend the Hilton. We had a wonderful experience.
