Exceptional Hotel with a touch of history

Pros: Staying at Hotel Cusco Plaza Saphi was a wonderful experience. The hotel was not only clean but also very relaxing, making it feel like a step back in time. The decorations and the old structures around the hotel added a special charm to the stay. The two girls at the reception were friendly and did their jobs very well, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel, combined with the helpful staff, made for a memorable visit.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike; everything was great, the staff was great and attentive, and the reception staff went out of their way to assist in any way.

Very happy with the hotel

Pros: It was very clean and the rooms very pleasant. Beds super comfortable, and I loved the areas in the hotel to relax and read and drink tea

Cons: Breakfast wasn't suitable for diary / gluten free and it was a bit noisy from the street which is to be expected- bring ear plugs!

Excellent location, comfortable but not the best soundproofing

Pros: Excellent location, close to main square and walking distance to most sights. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. My room had an electric heater too (though all rooms don’t have this). Shower had hot water. Room didn’t include kettle (but hot water was available in the lobby). Hair dryer also available on request.

Cons: Noisy, bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was very basic and didn’t change during multiple stays at the property. Not many toiletries provided except for dispensable soap.

Pros: The hotel is clean, the location is great and the staff were very helpful. Liz went out of her way to help me book a taxi back from the Plaza Real mall. Overall, good experience.
