Nice hotel for short stay.

Pros: Bed was comfy and room was very spacious. Staff are friendly and provide you with a thermos of hot water for your tea. There is a cooler with water and drinks in reception area - and they don't over charge for these items.

Cons: The hotel was far from the main area of Cusco and with the altitude, it makes it very difficult to walk especially up hill. You can walk to the main square and will take you about 20mins but coming back you will need to take taxi - around 10-20 sols. The breakfast could be better - would opt out and go out but there are no other options around for breakfast.

Overall nice, clean hotel with good breakfast included and great meal options for dinner.

Pros: Nice views of Cusco from Hotel. Breakfast options were pretty good. Restaurant meals were great - we had dinner in the restaurant several nights. Freddie the waiter was super lovely, friendly and helpful and the meals were delicious. Short 15 minute walk into the centre of Cusco.

Cons: A little noisy - our room was on the second floor. It was a little noisy as it was on the same floor as the restaurant and also above the entrance / street to the hotel. Too bright at night time - there was a small window above the door to our room. At night, the light from the hallway would light up our room.

Nice hotel with views across Cusco

Pros: Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The restaurant meals were delicious & our waiter Freddie was super friendly and helpful.

Cons: Our room was on level 2 which was a little loud as it was the same floor as the restaurant.

Pros: Most rooms had windows into a central hall only. But staff were excellent and helped us to settle in the best available. All staff were very helpful, but especially Katherine

Pros: Tout était super : le personnel très gentil, la douche chaude, le chauffage, pas beaucoup de bruit par rapport à ce qu'on a vécu ailleurs, la cochera très bien... Que du bonheur. Un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Je le recommande.

Belle expérience hôtelière

Pros: Dans un quartier calme, certes éloigné du centre, le Ayni Cusco hôtel offre une très belle vue depuis la terrasse du bar. Le personnel est au petit soin. L'équipe de cuisine, Keny, Rosy et Veronica, vous régalera des classiques de la cuisine péruvienne. C'est un très bon rapport qualité-prix.
