Equo Hotel Boutique

Pros: Well located, close to the Malecón, nice staff and comfy, modern rooms. All I need for my stay in Miraflores. This is the third time I stay here!

Great hotel for the money

Pros: Comfortable bed, spacious room. Awesome staff. Polite, professional and helpful. Great location.

Cons: Nothing. No heating but that is very common in Lima as it never gets below 50°F

Perfect hotel for a few days visiting Lima

Pros: The staff on reception knew our names and were extremely helpful with all our questions. Breakfast was basic but what we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Cons: We had a kettle with cups but no tea bags or coffee - very strange.

Pros: Rooms are well kept and spacious. Comfortable bed and great shower. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially over WhatsApp. They helped us to arrange taxis to the airport and were willing to provide us with a packed breakfast when we did a day trip that left at 4:30am. Great location, easily walkable to lots of great cafes and restaurants.

Cons: Breakfast was ok but there could have been a better selection.

Stay at EQUO Hotel

Pros: The staff was AMAZING! They bent over backwards to ensure I was completely satisfied.

Cons: There was no view from the windows.

Boutique beauty in excellent location

Pros: Excellent Suite facilities with a big comfortable bed and a great lounge/TV area. Nice big bathroom with lovely bath robes. Great breakfast with the usual fruit, yoghurt, breads, eggs, tea, coffee. Near the main strip, Tourist Office and the Malecon. There is a fabulous seafood restaurant nearby.

Cons: The room needs sheer curtains for privacy. 2 coat hangers is inadequate. Bath slippers would have been welcome as the floor can get slippery.

Great stay in the heart of miraflores

Pros: Good location, staff were friendly, the shower was great and the double bed was very big

Cons: Hotel was generally a little cold and the bathroom could have been slightly cleaner

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located in the Miraflores neighbourhood. It is modern with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Unfortunately, we stayed only the night and didn't have the chance to have breakfast there as we had to leave early. However, the receptionist was kind enough to suggest sandwiches to be prepared before our departure time.

Cons: Only a few touches are missing. A plug and a lamp beside the bed. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

Good hotel at great location

Pros: The hotel is in a great location and the staff is ready to help with anything you need. The room is clean, smaller than the previous one, but that did not reduce the quality.

Cons: Breakfast has room for improvement - the selection is not too big and it is not replenished if you don't ask (eg. two mornings in a row the scrambled eggs ran out and the first morning they replenished it at my request, while the second morning I didn't ask for it and they didn't replenish it). The room was not cleaned for 3 nights, maybe they should at least empty the trash can every day.

Very good hotel

Pros: The room is spacious. Check-in was easy and quick. Breakfast was fine. We had the option to leave our suitcase here for one night because later we returned to the same hotel for 3 nights.
