Magical stay

Pros: The view over the city and the whole hotel just looks like wonderland.

Cons: No heater/ac in the room, some wooden pieces of the floor were too weak to stand/walk on. To acces the shower you have to step up a plateau. A sink was broken.

Fantastic value on a property with a great view.

Pros: Location and view was great. Very eclectic bunch of rooms. All the rooms are very different. Breakfast was good with lots of selection. Staff was very helpful and let us store our gear for the days we were out in the mountains.

Cons: Some of the rooms were small for 3 people. A lot of stairs to climb especially at this altitude. Some of the rooms did not have a view.

Pros: Great little hotel with excellent value for money! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated them allowing us to check in early.

Cons: We found some trash from a previous guest in the room. The hotel also has a LOT of steep/narrow stairs and no elevator. Wasn't an issue for us, but something to be aware of when booking.

Great views & value! We stayed here twice!

Pros: Amazing views from all the terraces. All the staff were super friendly. Close to all the best areas of old town!

Pros: the staff doesn’t speak good english but they were polite and helpful. the cleaning lady sweet and lovely breakfast with lots of fresh fruits!

Cons: climbing many stairs

Pros: It was a very nice room, up the hill, with a balcony with an amazing view over Cusco. It's a small but very cosy and practical room.

Cons: You need to do already +- 30 steps from where the taxi drops you to the reception, Then our room was like 100 steps more uphill from the reception. What results in an amazing view, but it was not the best way to arrive in Cusco with the altitude. The first day I was dizzy every 10 steps.

Pros: Really beautiful views from the hotel. Rooms vere cozy and breakfast was good and versatile.

Cons: Breakfast service was a bit slow, customers had to wait to get their food.

Charming, simple yet practical place above Cusco.All the stairs are worth the views!

Pros: The location is amazing, perched above the city centre, great views with your morning coffee! Quiet, hidden and charming room. Fernando on reception was really helpful, shared lots of tips and made me feel welcome, thank you.

Cons: Basic essentials could have been set up better so I don't have to worry about it, specially for longer stay but this can be easily improved: )

Silent oasis in booming Cusco

Pros: The view is beautifull, the hotel with small apartments and a commonroom with kitchen and terrace is located at the top of one of the hills of cusco. Also its really silent in comparison to the rest of cusco. You are still quite close to everything but you must be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. The apartments themselves are quite old so our first impression was not too positive but the are quite large, feel private and the beds are comfy enough. Also the new owner Leo is really friendly and helpfull and speaks English. Also there is a commonroom with a fridge and kitchen so you can cook if you don't want to go to a restaurant all the time. We liked that for a change.

Cons: The hotel just has new owners so everything is a bit chaotic, the staff wants to do a lot for you but you have to ask (room cleaning, new towels and toiletpaper must be asked). Also the rooms are located a lot higher than the reception so you will have to climb a lot of stairs with your luggage before you will reach your rooms.
