Pros: High-end hotel in Cusco, at a reasonable price. The view is wow, breakfast is perfect, it's quiet, the personel in nice.

Would recommend this lovely hotel

Pros: Lovely warm comfortable hotel, felt very homely. Staff are also very warm and can't do enough for you. We particularly liked the touch with hot water bottles placed in your bed at turn down time. Breakfast was lovely, with eggs cooked to order. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars very close by. The roof terrace had amazing views of the city, as well as a lovely garden at the lower level. The shower was always warm, and the bsthroom was very clean.

Cons: The only negative is that there was only one bedside lamp.

Peaceful and safe

Pros: Very beautiful and the views were great and staff really helpful too and kind . Breakfast is really tasty and well served . Really good for the price.

Pros: The location was great. The view from the room was breathtaking and the stuff was very helpful and super friendly!

Hidden gem

Pros: Beautiful property, stunning view, the flowers were a pretty touch on our balcony, and champagne provided for our honeymoon. Staff were really friendly and coca tea available for altitude sickness!

Cons: Everything was great. There was nothing we didn’t like. I disagree with some of the comments about the uphill, we had no problem with cars taking us right to the door and the stairs were fine for us! ☺️

Brilliant hotel - highly recommend!!!!

Pros: Everything, really great experience and facilities. Nice to relax but central to everything!!! Easy to get picked up for trips and taxis too. Despite other reviews we had no problems. The view from the room is amazing over the city!!!!

Pros: I had a massage and it was really good, the view of the city from the terrace was beautiful

Cons: I had a couple of early trips which started before breakfast was served, so I didn't get the chance to have breakfast

Serene stay in upper part of Cusco

Pros: Such a gorgeous view! Loved the terrace area right at the entry and also at the top floor where you can brew a hot drink and relax. Staff were polite and helpful, thank you to Yuri for helping us with smooth check in and check out. They offer laundry facilities (10 soles per kilo) and also have spa massage facilities that you can book as late as an hour in advance if they have availability. Generally hotel was lovely, felt very cosy and clean.

Cons: Room was relatively small and there was a bit of unpleasant smell coming from bathroom drainage especially early in the morning. Breakfast is served between 6 am 9 am - for late arrival 8:30 am there was no plates or juice glasses left, and you are left with left overs or empty plates, coffee was cold, this place could improve on refilling the buffet options to adequate level for all guests. Radiators are run from late evening and there is no facility to adjust the temperature or turn them down.
