Pros: Beautiful place, really inside the sacret valley. Away from urubamba but also from the noise and chaos. Beautiful Room. The breakfast was great and the dinner also very good. The staff, specially working in the restaurants, is really professional and Nice. One of the best places i've been in peru.

Pros: This one is in our top 10 hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The views, the room, the helpful staff, the breakfast. We also liked that staff can fill your water bottle with filtered water (free).

Cons: Dinner isn’t cheap, so it may be worth considering getting the meal plan. The quality of the main restaurant is great, our experience with the pizza in the Italian restaurant wasn’t as good - but then again, you’re in Peru :-)

Pros: Absolutely the most beautiful hotel I stayed in the valley. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated. Good breakfast, friendly staff, nice restaurants and amazing gardens

Amazing place with extraordinary staff!

Pros: The whole place is beautiful. The staff amazing, specially Susan at the breakfast station and Flavio from reception. The breakfast does not miss anything and everythig is of quality. The alpacas were a plus.

Pros: I was pleasantly surprised by this impromptu last-minute stay in the valley during a bout of altitude sickness. The staff was helpful and accommodating, placing me in a room adjacent to the restaurant for easy access to meals. I was spoiled for choice with various in-house eateries, and all the food I tried was exceptional. The beautifully kept lush green grounds were an oasis, and the value for money was excellent. The facilities were more on par with a four-star establishment. I would happily stay there again.

Gorgeous hotel for a fabulous family stay

Pros: The photos of this hotel simply don't do it justice, it's gorgeous! Fabulous family room with large, comfy beds and a luxe bathroom. Lovely balcony with great views. Best breakfast of our trip. Staff gracious. Highly recommended

Highly recommended location to visit the surrounding area historic sites including Machu Pichu.

Pros: Staff service, building was beautiful a little alpine like, beautiful gardens, food choices at breakfast and dinner, cosy bar area. Great shower in bathroom.

Cons: No tea/coffee making facility in the bedroom, no mini fridge in the bedroom. But there is a coffee shop on-site with lovely outdoor seating area.
