Pros: Staff were incredibly helpful! Bed was comfortable

Cons: Took the shower sometime to become hot, first night I had no pressure, they then fixed it and all was good

Great! Enjoyed staying there. The manager made us feel really welcome in a natural way, not forced.

Pros: The Hotel was brand new. The manager and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. They were prepared to provide whatever was needed for us and our children. The breakfast was simple but good with a choice of fruits, cereals, breads, ham, cheese, juices with the option of eggs prepared to your taste, scrambled, omelet, hard boiled etc.

Cons: Small problem with the TV config because it hadn't been used before. Hot water was scalding at times and luke warm others. They need to calibrate the system.

Pros: It's a brand new hotel with great facilities. It's a great place for anyone that wants some comfort during their stay in the sacred valley. The hotel arranged a driver for me, for a great price, to drive around to all the amazing Inca ruins in the sacred valley. The location is good and just a few minutes down the road you can explore Urubamba with its great cafés and market.

Cons: This was my first trip to the Sacred valley and then Cusco. It gets chilly there at night and in the mornings. The room was a bit cold the first night but the hotel made electric heaters available. The shower pressure for hot water could be a bit better.

Beautiful new hotel in a scenic town

Pros: I can’t express how much this hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked the room at a bargain rate for a property of this standard, but then also got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and a transfer from Cusco. To say that we loved staying at Valle Del Sol is a gross understatement. We felt like the dearest guests, with the team attending to all our needs. The manager, Grimaldo, went above and beyond. Not only he picked us from Cusco airport personally, he also arranged us taxis, tours, special meals and helped me get medications as one of us was ill on arrival. The hotel is new, modern and beautiful. Everything is as described, and in perfect condition. Would love to stay here again.

Pros: I spent one night in Cusco before heading to the Sacred Valley, and it was definitely the right call—the weather there is so much nicer! I stayed at this hotel, and it was absolutely beautiful. It’s a big place, my room was super spacious, and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was incredible, with tons of options, and the reception staff was so friendly. 100% recommend!

Pros: The hotel is modern, with a fairly large building. It has a bar on the first floor, and the staff is very attentive. The rooms are spacious; the one I stayed in had a jacuzzi and plenty of space to leave all my belongings. It’s just a few meters from the main road that runs through the Sacred Valley. Without a doubt, the best part of the stay was the breakfast—a very diverse selection with good coffee, a variety of breads, and delicious hot dishes. Highly recommended.

Pros: El hotel está totalmente nuevo. El trato fue estupendo. Estuve mala unos días con el estómago, y el recepcionista estuvo atento y me prepararon comida especial en el restaurante. Sin duda repetiría.

Cons: Sugeriría solo un espejo grande hasta el suelo en el dormitorio donde poder verse bien. El espejo del baño está un poco lejos ya que el lavabo es grande.

Pros: Súper acogedor, las instalaciones tienen un encanto y la atención espléndida. La bañera de Hidromasaje nos dejó súper relajados.

Cons: Que para llegar, las callecitas del pueblo confunden un poco la dirección.
