Hotel Andes Urubamba

Great place to stay

Pros: The hotel and rooms were clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. The hotel was very close to the main square. The breakfast was excellent. Eggs, cheese, avocado, buns, fruit and coffee, tea, juice.

Cons: Although the 2nd floor room had windows facing the street, the noise was minimal. The windows do not have screens, so if you opened them to get fresh air, little flies entered the room. We like sleeping with open windows and could not at this hotel.

Pros: The staff and management were excellent. The location is a block away from main square. The front desk manager organized our afternoon tour and nothing was impossible to accomplish. Private transport to Ollantaytambo was arranged with ease. Definitely recommend for those wishing to stay in Urubamba. Jim

Very good hotel

Pros: The room was very clean and good breakfast with nice view at 4th floor.

Cons: When i went out for taking dinner and came back to the hotel, the enterance door was locked. I was forces to wait for staff about 5 minuts.

I really loved my stay at Urubamba and hotel Andes de Urubamba. They just need to improve the breakfast

Pros: I loved everything about this property especially the lady at reception Marzia was great and very helpful

Cons: Hey can work ob the breakfast options but it's not an issue in Urubamba.

As a tourist, I’ve never felt more rested mentally, physically and spiritually!

Pros: Traveling with my girlfriend this has been the best hotel we’ve experience in Peru. The location is exceptional, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast and the view is nothing short of exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful with information and resources as well as contacts for tours and drivers. They helped me get to Machu Picchu. There is a nice elevator to your room and bed mattress was of the highest quality I’ve had so far in Peru. Last but not least I a nice breakfast with my girlfriend before going out to explore!

Pros: El personal muy amable! También el desayuno incluye fruta, huevo y más lo esencial para un rico desayuno, aparte de un lugar de almuerzo muy cómodo. Todo estaba excelente. Este es el #1 Hotel en Urubamba. 10/10

Pros: Es un hotel bonito, me gustó mucho el espacio de los cuartos pero sobre todo la cama que es muy cómoda, tiene una bella vista, en cuanto el servicio muy amable, la comida deliciosa y fresca todo hecho al instante, cerca del hotel hay un mercadito agradable y con buen ambiente

Lovely room

Pros: The room had a luxurious feel to it, which made me surprisingly pleased. The shower area is very clean and comfortable. And after traveling all day long, the bed was the best. I was able to sleep deeply. The next morning breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and kind.

Cons: I would have loved to stay longer. But I had some other plans already. I would definitely come back to this lovely hotel.

Pros: El hotel muy bueno y la atención maravillosa, las personas que trabajan son muy amable es y serviciales les pedí una plancha y me la dieron en seguida, excelente atención.

Cons: La calle es un poco congestionada pero no tiene que ver nada con el hotel.
