Perfect choice for Urubamba

Pros: We got upgraded to the superior suite by the excellent young receptionist. Very well positioned in the city, incredible view of the surrounding mountains, nice breakfast. Very helpful with check out options when requested.

Pros: The room was large and comfortable and the staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful.

Cons: On the first evening the water wasn’t working in the shower but it was solved quickly. Gentleman who served breakfast was a little brusque.

Price-quality amazing! New hotel

Pros: Everything is new and fresh, we had lots of space and an amazing view on the mountains. It’s the highest hotel in urubamba. Perfect breakfast. Hugo the restaurant manager amazing guy!

Cons: The quality of the rooms differ. We changed room from 602 to 604 opposite of the hallway. The first was small, dark and super cold. The second a 180 degrees change; amazing. Invest in a big room, and ask for 6th or 7th floor; prices differ not much and it’s so worth it.
