Pros: Staff are very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. In general, Ver good quality hotel.

Cons: I think the hotel can improve on its bathroom offering i.e. Shower cap, vanity kit. Also a laundry service and bag.

Pros: Rooms are large (m2) than average rooms for the same price and location. Breakfast is one of the best in town

Great Location, Amazing breakfast

Pros: The location is great, with several good restaurants and stores around, The breakfast was perfect, one of the best in Pullman hotels in Latin America.

Cons: The room is renovated, but it is too dark. No light from ceiling, being all indirect light. The bathroom is good size, but would expect better bathtube after a full day of walking.

Great location for business and leisure

Great stay

Pros: The friendliness of the staff. The buffet breakfast. The really comfy beds.

Cons: Stepping over the bath into the shower. Also one day our towels were replaced but one of the new ones was dirty.

Wonderfully pleasant stay. Doorman were great. Very attentive and helpful.

Pros: Breakfast for a vegetarian like me was great. Many options. Great cappuccinos on request. Service from the server at the back half of the room was incredible. Attentive and fast. I didnt have a kettle in my room but one was brought on request.

Cons: Maybe having a tea/coffee station in the room and more bottled water. I did get water on request though but bought myself water from the store across the room

Professional and comfortable.

Pros: The property was comfortable and clean. The staff were responsive and professional. We enjoyed the hotel breakfasts, found the restaurant very good and appreciated the midday check out I also made use of the excellent gym.
