Really beautiful hotel, you won’t be disappointed

Pros: It was a beautiful hotel and Holly greeted us and was so lovely. Lucia was super helpful with the booking and the spa facilities and staff were amazing. It’s a beautiful hotel and the breakfast was really lovely too.

Cons: Nothing the property was fabulous. The only issue we had was when we came to pay. We specifically asked to check out and pay for everything except the final spa treatment. When it came to us paying for that we were told we still owed for the room and we could not have been clearer that we wanted to settle the full bill. I then said I wanted to pay it on my credit card and not to charge my bank but then I saw it was on there so I had to contact them but Lucia was very helpful in sorting it out. It was only the one reception man who caused a problem but otherwise everything was perfect. We loved the hotel.

Peaceful and happy

Pros: Our stay was absolutely magical. We really enjoyed. Best place in Peru by miles! It gave us the energy we needed after the retreat in the jungle and we’ll definitely be back. I’ll be bringing a special girl when I meet her and will definitely be using the spa this time as it looks incredible… Thank again and ryou Lucia your the best very professional service very good English and good at helping us have our best day possible cinema night was amazing as well put a recommended film and put it in English for us. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and again Lucia deserves a pay rise

Cons: There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like

Good to chill, not to dine out

Pros: Nice location, if you want a break from travel and chill. Not much to do nearby, so only book if you want to relax in a hotel complex

Cons: First night dinner a total disaster. Super Slow service, no attention to details, wrong dishes …. Despite only a few people eating in restaurant. You have to ask for children Menü, otherwise you pay for over designed dishes your kids won’t eat. We did doesn’t to management and we had a much better experience the second night. They given us the A team for service. Unfortunately the third night was back to average, but not as bad as first night. Super random. Note: if you have special dietary, vegetarians or vegan and / or travel with children this place is difficult. You have to eat at the resort restaurant, at inflated prices and you have no control over what you’ll get. Especially if you are not Spanish speaking , dinning can be very disappointing. It’s not in line with the resort rating and the price tag. Also some staff are friendly others are totally ignorant, borderline rude. Al feels a bit random interns of hospitality and service. Oh and the pool is totally freezing 🥶…. You can only enjoy the smell hot tub really

Gorgeous Hotel in Sacred Valley

Pros: We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Kristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

Cons: Swimming pool wasn't heated.

The perfect oasis for rest and relaxation

Pros: Such a beautiful property. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is lovely - serene and calm and the perfect place to stay for Sacred Valley. The gardens are very peaceful and quiet Our room was great - large and really well appointed and very relaxing. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choice and the Spa was fantastic. The gym is also excellent. The team were all very good but a special mention to Andres, Luis, Wally and Diana who took great care of us and delivered exceptional personalised service. I had a treatment at the Spa with Yesica who was also fantastic .

Excellent choice for the whole family, great value

Pros: Way exceeded our expectations, and it’s an excellent value. Rooms were impeccable, large, and very comfortable. The property is very well kept up and beautifully landscaped, has great views, and a great place for families to explore. Nice gym and good breakfast were both really appreciated as well. Great peaceful location for exploring the sacred valley.

Cons: Wish there had been a simpler food option for during the day. Restaurant is excellent but a quicker grab and go menu would have been nice, especially for the kids. I was surprised that we couldn’t even buy snacks at the shops.

Our favourite hotel in the world.

Pros: Beautiful location by the fast flowering river in the Center of the sacred valley. The hotel is set around and ancient hacienda with multiple courtyards, terraces and a museum and cinema. The gardens are perfection, the pool, lakes and island chapel all lovely. The spa is world class and the chef worthy of international recognition. And the staff……. In our experience Peruvians are the warmest and most welcoming of people and it seemed that the best of those traits were in abundance here.

Cons: Leaving it.
