Great base & comfy stay for next morning hike to Machu Picchu

Pros: Very central & near to train station Great breakfast at 5am

Pros: They picked us up from the train station, the location is per few t because you just cross the bridge and you’re at the bus station where the buses leave to Machu Picchu. We could have breakfast at 5 am. The room was comfortable. It was an excellent stay for a night. Thank you so much!

Very nice, convenient and comfortable

Pros: Very Nice people at the reception and to serve à very good breakfast. Right next to the station they kept our luggage for the last day.

Cons: A little noisy in the evening on the back side but did not last long . Very quiet during the night

In the heart of town with excellent staff

Pros: Excellent location to visit the town and Machu Picchu. This hotel has friendliest and most helpful staff you can imagine . The receptionist went beyond and above to help me since I was very tired because of the height. Absolutely spotlessly clean room and a very nice breakfast. I would say that is great value for money .

Nice short stay.

Pros: Very close to the train station and the market The bus station to Machu Picchu is just opposite to the hotel. We can hear sound of the river flowing from the room and the Mountain View is very beautiful. The hotel staff, even meet us at the station to welcome us.

Cons: The breakfast is quite basic. The room is small but it has all the facilities it needs. No tea/ coffee facilities in the room but you can go the ground floor to get them.

Satisfying

Pros: Staff was very helpful . They came to pick me up from the station and sort all the ticket out for me to go to Machu Picchu excursion. Breakfast was very nice

A great hotel - I would definitely recommend staying here

Pros: Great location - easy to walk anywhere in the town. You can see the bus queue for Machu Picchu from the breakfast area, so you can time your queueing! Lovely breakfast and fabulous views of the hills (as well as the town and bus queue). We left luggage on our check out day and picked it up later on. The staff were very helpful

Cons: Our bedroom was very spacious, but the ensuite was extremely small. It still had everything you needed though.

Super value for money in an excellent location

Pros: Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good - decent choice of food and exceeded expectations. Very comfy bed, not a bad size room too. It’s not a 5 star hotel but is excellent value for money. The location is amazing - minutes from the station, opposite the MP bus queue and ticket office and right next to Paddington Bear (if you know, you know).

Cons: We would have liked a kettle in the room.

Pros: Convenient to everything. Staff were very helpful. Many people are taking a late afternoon train out of Aguas Calientes and they are great with letting people leave their luggage after they check out, and waiting in the lobby.
