Lovely accommodations and good value for money.

Pros: The room was large and clean, with a breathtaking view of the river just off the balcony. The sound of the river was quite soothing at night. The location was also very convenient, central and close to the bus station to Machu Picchu. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: There was a shortage of staff. No one was available to collect our bags when we arrived. There seemed to be only one cleaner for all the rooms.

Pros: The breakfast was great and the chef was very good, produit so fresfquality of produit was great.

It's the perfect place if you're going up Machi Picchu bright and early! Great hotel with lovely staff.

Pros: We loved this hotel. The staff were super helpful and the rooms very comfortable. We originally booked road side but we were able to change to river side for a small extra cost. I would recommend this as road / train would be quite noisy I imagine. It is right by the bus upto Machu Picchu so very convenient location for early risers.

Cons: The breakfast wasn't the best we've had in Peru. We had it very early and it lacked choice. Had one coffee machine which was a challenge. But generally was fine.

Nice, well located hotel

Pros: Pros: friendly and professional staff; spacious and clean room; location very good being only a 5-minute stroll to the centre of town, the bus stops for Machu Picchu, the train station. Breakfast average with no frills. Good coffee machine. Tip: ask for a room on the river side as the other side of the hotel looks over the railway tracks.

Cons: Cons: no ironing facilities in room; no laundry service even though advertised. For some unexplained reason my room key card kept expiring every day for the 3 days I was there.

Pros: One of the best hotels in town. Very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast in a nice atmosphere.

Cons: The room has jacuzzi but you are not allowed to use it, because the water supply is not sufficient in the whole town. Also quite expensive, compared to the local price level.

Perfect stay, comfy,clean, safe.

Pros: The staff is amazing. Mr. Pedro and the team were Very helpful and kind. The property is located in a prime location, close to the markets, bus stop for Machu Picchu, and gives you all the facilities you need. The room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect to travel with elderly and kids.

Cons: The only thing might get a bit noisy due to the train passing, but again the location was very convenient for us.

Pros: The location, the helpful staff and the delicious breakfast. The shower was wonderful and easy to use. The welcome drinks were a great idea and both of us liked the camomile tea.

Cons: It would be great to have our room made up early rather than late. It meant that we couldn’t rest after our hike. In the bathroom there is no face tissue or a glass to rinse your mouth. The twin bed room needs another sofa.

Moderate luxury at a good price

Pros: This is quite a luxurious hotel at Aguas Calientes! We had decided to spend two days and visit two different routes at MaPi! Since it was at the end of the trip we decided quite late to splurge on this hotel and it was a good decision because we had a lovely time relaxing in a river view room with the hot tub ! After all the climbing at Ollantaytambo and MaPi we could stretch and loosen our aching selves😄

Cons: Everything was good!

Perfect stay for short trip to Machu Picchu

Pros: The location is perfect. Bed is comfortable, outside view on river is stunning. Jacuzzi in the bathroom - a special bonus.

Pros: Just a 2-minute walk to the bus, which takes you to Machu Picchu. Nice river view, thhough the windows do not block out the sound of the rushing water
