Beautiful, cosy hotel. Pleasure to stay.

Pros: Bedroom and bathroom are spacious, clean. Hotel very cozy, great breakfast. Hotel employees are friendly, welcoming and will take care of you. Enjoyed every minute of my stay and had a very good sleep. Recommend. Wish I had more time to stay longer.

Best breakfast in a hotel I had!

Pros: The property is located in an quiet area and I appreciated that. Very clean and big rooms! Hot water and the breakfast was outstanding!!!!

Charming stay in Machu Picchu

Pros: Staff were happy to greet us at the train station. Clean rooms with a stunning view and a great breakfast 😁

Pros: The hotel was overall good value for money. The staff met us from the train which was really nice of them and were helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and a nice view over the town.

Cons: It can get a little bit noisy at night as the town is small and the windows don’t keep the noise out! But I think this is the case in every place you’ll stay there.

10/10 staff and location. Room could be a bit better, but no complains for the price paid.

Pros: Hot shower, confortable bed, super nice staff, decent breakfast, outside the main noisy area. They kept our luggage and let us stay in the common areas for a while in the afternoon before taking the train.

Cons: The sheets and blankets weren’t perfectly clean. Isolation is bad and you can hear other rooms.

Consider the service and location is all good, if the hot water can be fixed it would be perfect

Pros: The hospitality of all staff members are beyond words. The service is provided in the most friendly way. The location is great especially the dinning of buffet breakfast can look down to entire town

Cons: The only down side is the hot water system, the temperature change frequently while you are shower

Excellent option

Pros: The hotel was excellent, the breakfast is a good buffet, with many options including vegetarian options. The view from the breakfast is amazing! There was an elevator in the hotel, which was necessary as I was traveling with a disabled person. A staff from the hotel met us at the train station, and offered to take our luggage (it's a walk from the train station to the hotel). At checkout, we were also presented to have our luggage kept in a storage room, and the staff offered to take them to the train station 45 minutes before our train departure.

Cons: It is a little bit far from the train station, which for an able person is not far (just a few blocks). But I was traveling with a disabled person and there aren't taxi or car options in Águas Calientes (the streets are pedestrian-only).

Good price value relation

Pros: It was quiet and cozy - we guess compared to the other hotels closer to the center / train station / etc. it is great to get good rest before or after Machu Picchu! Also it was clean and comfortable for 1-2 nights!

Good choice and fair price

Pros: The hotel sent someone to meet me at the station what was great as I would never find without it, but a super plus was that I could leave my bag while visiting Machu Picchu, they were super kind to take it back to the station before my train Breakfast was good and the room very comfortable

Pros: Communication with the hotel was impressive. They responded immediately to our concerns over our reservations during the protests that preceded our arrival date. Fortunately all was resolved before we arrived. The gentlemen at the front desk were very accommodating and pleasant. Really appreciated the personal pick up at the train station. He even brought us 2 umbrellas as it was raining. They responded promptly & happily to any needs we had during our stay. Loved, loved, loved the bed! So comfy (as were the pillows) & the sheets smelled nice & clean. The hotel is tucked up near the top of the hill so it is peaceful & tranquil. I was impressed the breakfast buffet spread - a good assortment of fruit & yogurt. The scrambled eggs were nice. The breakfast dining area on the top floor is bright & has a nice vibe.

Cons: A little maintenance needed in our bathroom (small leak under the sink & clogged toilet). A refresh of caulking in the shower in bottom corners is needed to keep things looking fresh. Coffee at breakfast although tasty was barely warm.
