Meeting more than our expectations in Lima!

Pros: Spacious rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast. The pool on the top floor was amazing. Restaurant has good food.

Cons: Nothing. This place was fantastic!

Pros: Superb staff front office Diego sorted our complaint and taking immediate action to make us feel we are respected and important!

Cons: Upper floor noise of moving heavy stuff happened repeatedly around 1-2AM in the early mornings.

Great stay and great service

Pros: Modern and fairly new. Staff are fantastic especially Alemao and Paulo who assisted us with restaurant choices and things to do. Breakfast was fantastic with great staff service.

Cons: We weren’t informed that the lobby is under renovation during our stay which makes hanging around between checkout and our flight time for 6 of us very challenging so we had to pay to extend our checkout time.

Cons: Charged $60 for airport taxi, cost 15$ in uber going back. So would recommend Uber

Pros: Nice hotel in Miraflores with the ocean view. It’s not in the first row so you will also see other buildings. Great breakfast, cook is preparing eggs as you wish, lot of fruits and sweets. Very nice and friendly staff.

Amazing hotel will come back to it again.

Pros: This hotel was exceptional lovely facilities and it had an amazing team of staff! Staff were friendly and accommodating and really made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was great with lots of variety! Rooms very clean and modern.

One of the best place to stay in Lima

Pros: The water fountain: it’s very smart and easy to use. I appreciate this fight against plastic The bed: the king size room bed was very comfy The sea view: hypnotizing The food options: Kimo is very nice (maybe the best Nikkei in town), I like also the small food corner at the reception. However the Ortega restaurant breakfast and lunch option are not worth the price I paid. The room cleaning attention: the person noticed I liked one of the coffee and made sure I always had plenty of them!

Cons: One thing that made me de-escalate from my impression I was in a 5 star, was the dry tone of a few people working there. From nowhere, while I was asking something, I got almost told off. I was in holiday so I was chill about it but I think it can harm the whole experience.
