Perfect Location in Miraflores
Pros: Excellent location, great staff and lovely breakfast. The bed was comfy and the shower was great !

Pros: It was great location as it was situated perfectly between the Centre and the outskirts where you find Larcomar Mall. Breakfast was also good
Cons: There was construction close by which was loud at times and there’s no views.

A solid hotel stay, but below expectations for a 4-star property
Pros: Overall, the hotel was good and comfortable. The location was very good - right in the heart of Miraflores, yet slightly away from the busiest streets, which made it calm and convenient at the same time. The staff was polite and professional, although mostly just doing their job. One person really stood out - the doorman, who was genuinely friendly, smiling, very helpful with luggage, and always willing to assist. His attitude made a very positive impression.
Cons: For a 4-star hotel with such strong reviews, I expected a higher standard. The equipment and interiors felt a bit outdated, and the hotel looked better in photos than in reality. The complimentary toiletries were very limited - only shampoo and soap - despite photos suggesting a more complete set. The biggest downside was breakfast. Due to renovation, the restaurant in the hotel was closed and breakfast was served in a hotel across the street. While we were informed about this in advance, I sent two follow-up messages asking what alternatives or compensation would be offered and received no response at all. A small gesture - such as early check-in, late check-out, a complimentary drink, or at least a reply - would have gone a long way. Breakfast on-site is an important factor for me when choosing a hotel, so the lack of communication was disappointing.

Location Location Location and Lovely Host
Pros: Fabulous location, super area in Santiago, with excellent selection of restaurants, cafes, wine bars and ice cream shops on your doorstep. Very safe and secure. Lovely apartment - 509- quiet and great space. Cris the host is brilliant, responds rapidly and genuinely wants you to enjoy the apartment and your time in Santiago.

Loved Lima, thoroughly enjoy staying at José Antonio
Pros: Perfect location from which to explore much of the city of Lima. Large bedrooms, good sized bathroom, air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Breakfast choices were very good too. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful and friendly. We thought it was an excellent choice representing very good value too.

Pros: Great location near the Pacific and the good restaurants. Modern handsome 4 star hotel with every facility of a large chain despite being family-owned, including great rooftop pool in sister hotel opposite. Spacious comortable rooms and great breakfast but the service was the remarkably memorable thing. Superb funny, friendly staff in English or Spanish who do everything with a smile like the best 5 star hotel, particularly Mara in reception and Dana who makes the best Pisco Sours imaginable. We were told about it by family but we're happy to let everyone else know because the hotel deserves it.
