Pros: Very clean, great staff. Comfortable big bed. Filtered water available to refill bottles. Good quality breakfast. Very good location close to restaurants, shopping and the coast

Pros: Walking distance to the ocean. Walking distance to the bus station. Clean, comfortable rooms. Lovely area. Quiet.

Bougie Suite

Pros: We stayed in the premium suite and it was so spacious and clean. Staff were incredibly.helpful getting us to the bus depot too

Pros: Lots of space, comfortable, clean & tidy. Toilet seperate from bathroom.

Cons: Bit dated, peeling wallper, TV remote didn't match TV - smart TV would be better.

Great hotel, needs improvement on the little things

Pros: Great location close to everything you need. Room was spacious. Bed was one of the most comfortable I slept in on 4 week trip. Breakfast was amazing, simple but good coffee and great selection of ham, cheese, pastries, cookies, scrambled eggs eggs, fruit, bread, cake etc. Breakfast staff very friendly. Room was good value for money but room was missing some of the basics usually supplied by a hotel. Room servicing was done well and daily with fresh towels etc….

Cons: My room was very dark even with all the lights on, like a cave, energy saving light bulbs?? I went to the restaurant to ask for a takeaway breakfast box for the next day as leaving on a tour early, no customers in the restaurant but it was too much trouble, I was refused. Apparently the do toast and whole fruit in the lobby??. Night porter supplied me a couple of beers when I got back late but couldn’t pour me a whisky?? paid 24 soles for a glass of red wine that was barely drinkable. 2 coffee pods and 2 bottles of water supplied on first day then nothing for the rest of a 5 night stay. Did I get milk, I can’t remember. 2 tea bag’s supplied only. If you’re not going to supply coffee pods then can I please have a normal kettle and some decent quality instant coffee, strange. This hotel could be fantastic with a few small improvements and a better attitude from reception. Charge a little more and supply the expected basics, tea, coffee, water, iron, decent lighting. Restaurant couldn’t charge a glass of wine to my room, I had to pay cash or card, but the night porter could charge 2 beers , I signed for them?? Aircon didn’t work very well either but it wasn’t particularly hot so not a big issue. Bath plug didn’t seal properly? This is a good hotel, they just need to fix the small things, be consistent and focus a little more on customer service.

Pros: The hotel was an excellent surprise. The location was perfect, the staff very professional and a good size room. I asked for an early check in and the receptionist made it possible in a short period. I recommend this hotel.

Great and clean hotel in a nice area of Miraflores

Pros: Super nice hotel in a very nice location in the Miraflores area. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was modest, there wasn't so many different things to choose from.

Good location, very clean and well run hotel.

Pros: The hotel reached out to me to confirm check in etc and spoke excellent English. Peru Hop drop off just round the corner too so very easy. The bed was so comfortable and room very spacious.
