Pleasant stay

Pros: We spent four nights in Cusco and chose this accommodation mainly because it is close to the Wanchaq station, where buses/trains to Machu Picchu depart. The historic city center is also relatively close, about a 20-minute easy walk away. The hotel is in a busy area, with many shops, eateries, and a great supermarket nearby. The property has several communal spaces, and fresh water and tea are always available for guests. Breakfast is buffet-style, though we only managed to eat once as our tours started early; however, the staff kindly packed snacks for us to take on the go. The beds were comfortable, and the room temperature was pleasant. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced even when we didn’t request it. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Overall, it is a simple but adequate place to stay, especially for those who want to explore the city and surrounding area rather than seeking a hotel-focused experience.

Cons: he Wi-Fi didn’t always work. One evening, due to a pipe burst, there was no water and we couldn’t take a shower or use the toilet.

Highly recommend!

Pros: Second stay here. Enjoyed our stay! Staff always helpful. Stored our luggage here during our visit to Machu Picchu. Bed extra large. Early morning tour, they provided us with a take away breakfast box, delicious!

Cons: Room was adjacent to the.television room. Could hear it in our room until 9:00 pm, not a concern for us.

Very close to the train station for Machu Pichhu!

Pros: Location is perfect, close to the train station. Small clean hotel .very helpful staff, helped me with the luggage due to the lift was out. Called for taxi as I was experiencing issues with the taxi. And provided late check out for free for an hour.

Cons: Located on the 4th floor and a bit difficult to get up if the lift is out
