Relaxing

Pros: Great location. Good size buffet. The drinks were delicious and the bar staff were quite helpful. Specially Stelin? Can’t remember the name. But a super nice guy maybe was the bar supervisor ? The concierge team was also good and the woman that checked me in was quite nice.

Cons: There wasn’t someone always at the door. I think it’s very important to have someone at the door at all times.

Pros: We got several free upgrades as we had just gotten married, like a bathtub upgrade and complimentary dessert upon arrival to the room with a beautiful towel decoration with roses 🌹 over the bed that really set the setting. The ocean view was just as expected. We also got a surprise birthday cake the next day for breakfast. Really great relaxing and short visit, will definitely come back again.

Cons: The elevator buttons were tricky. You had to press several times to get them to accept your entry.

Pros: Central location, clean and big rooms, flexible check-in and check-out: I could stay in the room in the afternoon as I had a late flight, breakfast with a nice selection of freshly made egg-dishes, sandwiches and so on

Wonderful place to stay!

Pros: Jhoel at the front desk and Diego at the rooftop bar were both exceptional! They helped with suggestions for things to see nearby and provided great and friendly service.

Great location and good facilities

Pros: Location away from the centre and a relaxing suite

Cons: Breakfast on the last day was so busy there was no room for us, so we went away and then came back a bit later. 15 minutes into our breakfast we were told it would be closing in 5 minutes. Unfortunate as we had not been able to have breakfast when we wanted it, but still a good stay

Nice hotel for your stay in Miraflores

Pros: Very nice hotel in a great location, short walk to Miraflores coast. Stag was really friendly and helpful, especially in the rooftop bar (greetings for Victor). Room was really spacious (we got upgraded for free to a bigger room). Very tasty breakfast (à la carte and buffet).

Cons: Prices in the rooftop bar was a bit too high for a Peruvian standards, but the quality was perfect.
