Excellent staff, great location, needs urgent fire hazard repairs

Pros: The staff was wonderful, excellent location, the pool and terrace to chill, safety and overall services

Cons: Electrical installation at my room was outdated and my cables kept catching sparks ⚠️ . Fortunately the staff was always there to lend me extensions, adaptors and happy to help with everything

Cons: After reservation over Booking.com I was a victim of a scam. There was a leakage of personal information between the hotel and Booking.com. Before my trip, I received an e-mail from the hotel via Booking.com that my reservation was at risk of cancellation and they were unable to verify my payment details. To ensure my reservation was not cancelled, they asked to deposit USD 200.- to \

A memorable stay at Miraflores in Lima

Pros: The location is very convenient, 10 mins walk to the Miraflores downtown, and 10 mins walk steps down stairs to the beach. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly and willing to help you as much as they can. They even packed me a sandwich and coffee at 4.30am for my early morning trip to Huacachina oasis and Paracas. The regular morning breakfast was also hearty served at the table.

Cons: The hotel feels very dated. The corridor,, rooms and facilities are smelly. They didn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. The only small water bottle was in the fridge with alcohol bottles that were chargeable.

Great little hotel

Pros: Good breakfast, best we had on the whole trip Staff was very helpful. Rooftop pool was great.

Cons: First room didn't have a window, but the staff helped us to change rooms, so no problem.

Great Value, Location and Friendly Staff

Pros: Basic but good breakfast included. Staff is very friendly, room was nice. I stayed in the Junior Suite. Very Comfortable. The Pool is small, but was nice and clean and you get a little bit of an ocean view.

Cons: The Hotel is older and could used some updating, such as flooring in the hallways, paint and maybe even windows. Would make this Hotel a 10 out of 10. The Rooftop Pool area could use some Umbrellas. There is not sun protection, so it's not a place to spend time other then just soaking in the water, which was nice.
