Perfect little hotel to be comfortable in whilst in Cuzco

Pros: Location, room size and configuration, historical significance and staff who were very helpful with everything. Even packed us a breakfast to go as we had to leave before breakfast started.

Pros: The hotel was excellent. Superb position, rooms were large, comfy, clean and quirky with an excellent shower. Albeit the H= Cold and C= Hot on the shower. The breakfast was also excellent with a good variety of food available. The laundry service was also excellent.... İtems returned the same day for a cash fee. Taxi to airport was also arranged for a cash fee to driver. All in all very comfortable in a fabulous location and interesting building.

Cons: Everything was excellent.

Good value for money with nice staff

Pros: Very accommodating staff, help me with also sorts of issues (eg need a shower after rainbow mountain tour before taking a night bus; keeping my luggage while I went to Machu Picchu.

Cons: The heater in the second floor rooms didn’t work well. Also a bit of hassle that I needed to ring the bell to get in and get out

Pros: This property was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed before and after a hike and they helped to store our baggage until we returned.

Pros: The property is located in a very good area, close to the city centre and the staff is very friendly.

Cons: I do not think we were provided with correct room type. We paid for superior double but got a room with 3 beds that looked nothing like the superior rooms. When ia asked about it they said it is indeed superior but then it doesn't look like the pictures posted at all.... It is a shame as I do think the property is alright but I feel we paid more and got less so be careful with this.
