Value for money, clean and safe property

Pros: Accessible location and friendly staff all around. Hotel is spacious and has a lot of public areas. Bathrooms are huge and spacious too

Cons: Not a deterrent for anyone, but my room had a “clangy” fan. I was too tired to ask for a room swap at night, but maybe check your fans as soon as you check in.

Best location and service

Pros: The best service we received in Peru by far. They try to make it as comfortable as possible. The food is great, too. Location couldn’t be better.

Cons: The only thing they could improve on would be to reply via Booking.com before arrival for individual requests.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

Pros: Hotel was beautiful, suite was gorgeous and staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend and also would stay again.

Cons: The breakfast when a cruise group was in - it was chaos and no room for everyone. It would be better for other guests if you had a separate room at those times, solely for the tour group, as breakfast at that time was not a good experience. The WiFi coverage was not at all good - constantly dropping connection.

A second time one-night stay in transit when travelling around Peru.

Pros: The staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have all expected amenities. The food at the restaurant is excellent as well as the breakfast buffet.

Cons: The only minor observation is they there is no lift which could be a problem when carrying your luggages yourself (only at departure since they deliver the luggage’s to the room on arrival).

A one night stay on our route from Machu Picchu to Puno

Pros: The staff of the property was quite welcoming and provided assistance. There was an exceptional afternoon buffet particularly welcoming when we checked in late in the afternoon.

Cons: The room that was assigned to us was comfortable but the bed was not. Any movement of one of us waked up the other, not ideal resting. Except that somehow area for improvements, everything was great.

Pros: The room was big with a small tv salon /suite . A bit strange in a non descript decor. Fridge, great breakfast buffet, lots of choices and could not fault the location right in the centre of town. Helpfull staff. Strange to have to ask for avocado at breakfast as it is almost the national fruit/veg.

Cons: WE dont need TWO tvs in a room .. the room felt a bit claustrophobic. Windows opening on corridors in the hotel. The shape of the hotel makes it special and ackward in the same time with lots of patios. One of them with the noise from the kitchen downstairs

Pros: Excellent location in Cusco. Friendly staff. Lovely rooms and good amenities.

Cons: Breakfast buffet is a little limited.
