Fantastic Stay, Great Room, Comfy Bed

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient, and the complimentary coca and mint tea was such a lovely touch. We liked the hotel so much we stayed twice. The owner is incredibly kind and went above and beyond by organising a gluten-free breakfast for me, which I truly appreciated. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect — close enough to walk to the main centre (only about 10 minutes) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family friendly place to stay, comfortable and lovely staff

Pros: We booked two rooms for 4 people to have some space to spread our during our stay and it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the breakfast made fresh for us each day was very nice. We needed to stay a little longer than planned and they allowed for us to do this with no hassles. Great location within walking distance to all the yummy restaurants/markets/drop off laundromats very close by.

We only wish we could have stayed here longer!

Pros: The staff were very friendly and provided us with a map and recommended a vegan restaurant nearby, which was the Best Vegan food I've had in my life! The bed was comfy, the shower was clean and the water was nice and hot with nice towels. The provided us with ample free coca leaf tea when we arrived and carried our bags up the stairs, which we really appreciated after just landing in Cusco.

Cons: Our room was not separated by much at all from the lobby below so we could hear the noise of people coming and going.

Great value stay with helpful staff!

Pros: Great rooms, awesome staff very helpful, really good brekky and they provided packed brekky when we had early departures. Also stored our luggage for four days while hiking to Machu Picchu

Pros: Great deluxe king rooms, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast in bed a nice touch

Pros: The value for money was unbeatable in Cusco for near central locations! Room was comfortable enough, though slightly cold. They provide a heater so it was not an issue.

Cons: It’s a little walk uphill from the main square, but nothing too bad. You have to leave the key at the reception when leaving and ring the doorbell to enter every time.

A comfortable hotel in a quiet residential area

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, a little way from the city center. There is no laundry service, but there is a lavanderia less than a minute's walk away. If you request laundry in the morning, it will be ready by the evening of the same day (although this may depend on how busy it is). The main dish for breakfast changes every morning; when I stayed, it was scrambled eggs and pancakes. Both were delicious. When I arrived at 9 p.m., I asked the staff to arrange a tour of the Secret Valley (Valle Sagredo de Los Incas) the next day (highly recommended). They made the tour request on the spot, and I was able to join the tour the next day without any problems. However, it is best to make a reservation in advance, rather than the day before. The room was spacious enough, and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and friendly experience!

Pros: Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Very easy check in. Comfortable & clean room with a fantastic shower. We had to leave for airport at 4.15am and the staff prepared a packed breakfast for us. Thank you!
