Amazing staff!

Pros: The staff were incredible! They took very good care of us. The room was basic, but we were very comfortable. The even got us a heater for our room because it was cold.

Pros: This hotel is a fairly quick walk to the Plaza de Armas where shops, restaurants and sightseeing abounds. The staff were absolutely lovely, the hotel is spotless and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel doesn't have a lot of amenities but has nice hot showers, is quiet, has a desk in the room and good WiFi. It's great value for the money.

Great base to explore Cuzco and do the Inca trail

Pros: Excellent location, super helpful staff, really could not have done more to make the stay comfortable. Made me a packed lunch for my hiking and arranged taxis etc, thanks to all the staff. Excellent restaurants nearby including at top of street and 5 mins from really cool places to hang out

A cost effective alternative in the midle of Cusco.

Pros: Staff, and Location. The price was nicw and helpfull. The breakfast was good and they added boiled eggs to my early takeaway breakfast when I have asked them to.

Cons: The roome was too smal with no place to put lagage at all. There was poor isolation between rooms, and the bed was very haed.
