Pros: Great location for pick-ups for trips and excursions. European-level hotel standards, good breakfast, perfect WiFi, excellent staff, friendly and English-speaking. Wanna play safe and don't want to compromise your level of comfort? This is your place.

Cons: The view from the room could be better if the neighbours kep their yards and facades cleaner.

Perfect Hotel

Pros: It’s very close to Wanchaq station, so it’s easy to get on the bus heading to Machu Picchu. Although we stayed in Machu Picchu first before staying this hotel, they accepted to storage our luggage for three days. It was very helpful. All staff is kind and great, the room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is delicious, and the shuttle service between the airport and the hotel is convenient. Everything is perfect.

Decent location, great VFM.

Pros: Decent location, esp. if you’re taking the train to Aguas Calientes. Free shuttles to the airport are a nice touch.

Cons: Very “business conference” like - impersonal. But it works efficiently.

Great hotel with wonderful staff

Pros: The staff on reception were exceptional. They noticed it was my friend’s birthday from his passport when we checked in and sent a birthday cake to the room, which was a lovely surprise. They also remembered my name to say hello each time I passed.
