Pros: Great hotel 15 walk from Plaza de Armad. Very clean and comfortable. Nice courtyard, helpful staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Very agreeable stay.

Pros: good location, walking distance to the historical square while right at the down town centre, excellent facility, clean and \tspacious room, excellent staffs and service

Cons: the hotel restaurant dinner menu boring, unchanged, the same everyday, the cooking need to upgrade to match with the 4 star hotel rating

Pros: Convenience of location. Very comfortable, clean and great breakfast.

Cons: We did ask for rooms to not face the main road to be away from noise but we were given these rooms. It was noisy but lucky we were very tired or the noise stopped early because we were able to sleep

Great stay!

Pros: For the price, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations. After a long journey from Australia, we arrived absolutely exhausted. The quiet, comfortable room and hot shower were exactly what we needed, and waking up to a delicious breakfast was the perfect start to our day. The location was excellent—we were able to walk everywhere, and the surrounding area made for a beautiful stroll. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had an early tour one morning and also left early for our flight, and on both occasions, the staff arranged a packed breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!
