Amazing spot in a beautiful neighborhood

Pros: The place was exactly as pictured. The host was amazing and even offered me a tour of the nearby park and olive trees. He sent me suggestions of things to see and places to eat. There was a binder in the room with maps and activities. The area was very nice and safe. I felt fine walking alone as a female at night and early morning. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed and the ac worked wonderfully. The host also assisted me in working the washer/dryer which was so amazing to have while traveling. He arranged a taxi to pick me up at the airport. The driver was waiting with my name on a card. Very nice after a travel day.

Pros: Great location, excellent facilities, fast WIFI. Super friendly host who was extremely helpful.

Pros: Quiet apartment in the safe quarter, nice host, hot water in the shower and disponible washing machine.

Cons: It was cold there and due to high humidity we must have windows open.

Pros: Whole apartment to ourselves. The host was friendly, gave us recommendations, waited until late for us to give us the keys. Hot water, comfortable beds, safe area of town and close to shops and restaurants.

Brilliant accommodation, highly recommend!

Pros: The apartment was just as per the photos. It was spacious for one person and it was so convenient having a kitchen and especially the washing machine / dryer. The neighbourhood was very nice / affluent and felt completely safe. Jose was a brilliant host, he did anything he could to help - he even changed some of my large Peruvian notes into the small change that’s actually used on the streets. He also took me to see the oldest olive tree in the nearby park, with his sweet little dog.

Cons: Nothing! All great.

A wonderful few days in Lima thanks to this place

Pros: Jose is a very kind host. He showed me how to work the washing machine, and pointed out the free sculpture museum in the park. It’s a very convenient and safe location.

Impeccable, quiet stay in San Isidro

Pros: Excellent value for money in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Lima. Close to the supermarket and next to a lovely park. José was very friendly and helped us with all of our questions. Washer and dryer in the studio was also a big plus.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect!

Pros: Jose was a great host, always supportive and attentive. The appartment is in a perfect spot in lima: close to the main turistic points but in a very calm area, with a very nice park just in the corner.

Pros: Отличное месторасположение, Хосе отзывчивый хозяин. Чисто в номере. Супер мощный кондиционер, если надо охладит комнату за 2 минуты.

Cons: Не очень удобный туалет). В остальном всё хорошо.

Zona muy segura y tranquila, apartamento pequeño pero limpio y conveniente. Genial anfitrión

Pros: El anfitrión, Jose, nos hizo sentirnos muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Nos dio muchas recomendaciones y brindó gran privacidad. Estuvimos tan cómodos que repetimos reserva unos días después. El sitio se encuentra en una zona muy segura y tranquila. Es un sitio en general pequeño, pero suficiente para una estancia corta para dos personas. Tener lavadora y secadora hace la estancia muy conveniente también

Cons: El baño quizá fue más pequeño de lo esperado. No es que sea un problema que determine no elegir este alojamiento, pero debe tenerse en cuenta.
