Russia 🇷🇺

Pros: Great location, 20 min walk to the city center and 10 min to Wanchaq (with suitcases). It was possible to leave the luggage before check-in while we were in Machu Picchu. Good quality breakfast, but the main course could be chosen from 4 options only. Air condition works as heater as well. Room was very spacious. In this hotel it was the fisrt time in Peru when my back did't hurt after sleeping on a mattrass.

Cons: Hot water unstable, we had to wait and could not properly adjust temperature. Doorbell at reception was very loud and could be heard on 2nd floor when someone got picked for a tour at night. No place to hand things in the bathroom. Bathroom ventilation was not good.

Pros: Great location, easy to access and staff were helpful! Rooms were clean and they provided storage for luggage when we went to hike the Inca Trail.

Cons: The shower - sometimes you get hot water and then sometimes lukewarm to cold. Please note - if you only stay for one night they do ask that you pay in cash. We weren't informed on our last day in Cusco so were about to leave and was asked to pay in cash = stressful.

Pros: Comfortable, clean and convenient. Friendly staff.

Cons: The sound isolation of our room was poor. We could hear everything outside, including the door bell late at night.

Warm Hospitality and Top-Notch Comfort

Pros: Absolutely loved my stay! The hospitality was outstanding, the room and shower spotless, and the overall standard exceeded that of a 4-star hotel in Lima. They even prepared breakfast boxes for early departures. Great location on a beautiful, clean street. Truly a pleasure to stay here!

Highly recommended for people who want to feel at home in Cusco

Pros: I loved my stay here. It is a little outside of the Center but you can still walk everywhere. Which makes it for me a perfect location because I love to walk but the crowds are too much for me. The staff is great especially Benjamin and Alex. Everyone is helpful. I also loved the breakfast 💖

Perfect place to stay in Cusco

Pros: Beautiful room at 10 minutes walk to the Plaza de Armas. Very good breakfast and the bed is incredibly comfortable.

Relaxing

Pros: The comfort of the room and the bed/mattresses made for an amazing night of relaxation, and that's what we were looking for. The staff was really good and ready to help when we had a small issue with the temperature of the shower. The property is 5 min walking from the Peru Rail Wachanq station which was great for us when returning late at night (and tired) from Aguas Calientes.

A great base for Cusco!

Pros: We stayed here twice, please see the other review - we basically had a really good time here! We were in Cusco for two weeks and this place was a nice base.

Cons: The breakfast period is not long (7:30-9:30) and starts late/ finishes early compared to other hotels. It's tasty, but worth considering. They will make you a boxed breakfast if you ask, but the contents was not consistent.
