Friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent WiFi, comfortable room

Pros: The reception staff is very kind and always willing to help. The breakfast was really good compared to other hotels in Peru and Bolivia, and the WiFi is excellent. The room is comfortable for one night and comes with YouTube and Netflix. The hotel is located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the center of Cusco

Great place where to stay in Cusco

Pros: Very clean, great breakfast, hot water and comfortable.

Cons: There isn’t the elevator and if you have the room at the last floor with all the baggages could be a little bit tiring

Pros: The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. Another advantage is its proximity to the train station, which makes early departures and onward travel very convenient. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the area is quiet and peaceful. The room looks like in the photos, although it could be slightly larger. A downside was the lack of a wardrobe/closet in the room, which may be inconvenient for longer stays. The floor was a bit dirty on the first day, but it was cleaned the following day and was noticeably better. Overall, the room was still comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was ok. Breakfast was good, offering cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit, vegetables, and a hot option. A big plus for the breakfast boxes provided for early departures. The only downside was communication — the staff mainly spoke Spanish and had limited English skills. However, it was still possible to communicate easily using a translator.

Pros: It was clean and comfortable, also the breakfast was good. The staff helped us and there is also tea 24/7 that you can take.

Cons: There was a hole under the bath tub.

Pros: Its good value for money. Only walking distance from central. Staff was so helpful with everything. And they have electric heaters in the room in case you feel cold brilliant

Cons: Dont want to complain but its a lot of stairs and no elevator.

Great Hotel

Pros: Great hotel with clean rooms and facilities. Staff were very nice even though we knew no Spanish but used Google translate. The breakfast was nice and we appreciated that you could have coffee and tea 24/7.

Cons: The jacuzzi bathroom had no plug.
