Great stay!

Pros: Staff are lovely, location is excellent, breakfast was good, check-in was smooth

I would return again, the staff made it feel like home

Pros: The staff were super helpful and friendly, they all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and appreciated

Cons: The construction noise was annoying. Also i expected a bathtub based on the google maps photos. But they were removed 2 years ago due to water restrictions

Great hotel staff and room. Possible plumbing issues.

Pros: Hotel was well located, very unique design, and somehow we booked a room that was two singles and the staff changed it for us to a queen. We thought street noise would be an issue but it wasn't bad.

Cons: No warning on plumbing maintenance. So we didn't have water (showers) for the evening. Inconvenient but not a total loss.

Pros: La habitación triple era muy espaciosa.Un decorado muy bonito y sorprendente.El personal , muy amable.Te guardan el equipaje y te preparan un desayuno para llevar si sales temprano de excursión.

Cons: Nada reseñable, solo que en Perú, por lo que hemos estado,no ponen cortinas para que no pase tanto la luz en la habitación.

Pros: La ubicación del hotel, cerca de todo lo que queríamos conocer. Hicimos todo a pie. El desayuno buffet muy completo y el personal muy atento. La atención en general de conserjería y todo el personal, muy amables y dispuestos a atendernos en cualquier requerimiento.

Cons: El agua caliente. Es un problema generalizado en Perú. Tuvimos ese problema en los 5 hoteles en que estuvimos.

Tutto perfetto

Pros: Ottima posizione, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, camera ampia e letto molto comodo. Avendo dei Tour organizzati la mattina presto prima dell’orario di colazione, ci hanno fatto trovare delle Breakfast Box da portare con noi. Super raccomandato

Cons: L’acqua calda non arriva subito ma è necessario aspettare alcuni minuti
