Nice hotel and close to the incarail pickup location but be aware they will add a 10% service surcharge after booking.

Pros: It is recently renovated with a nice European feel and a nice garden view for breakfast.

Cons: They add a 10% service surcharge onto the price which isn’t included in the confirmed room rate.

Comfortable convenient stay

Pros: Located just outside the busy city limits, comfortable large room if you get a delux king bed room.

Cons: Hot water on shower was not consistent and lacked hot water

Clean and cosy, but noisy

Pros: Convenient location - 15 minutes cab ride from airport, 15 minute walk to historic centre of Cusco. Very clean and specious room. Smooth check in and polite staff who offered us packed breakfast for our send off to get train to Machu Picchu. Minimal breakfast buffet however was very tasty and fresh and accommodated to vegetarians.

Cons: Although the room was very comfy and had lovely front of the building view was great, the noise from the street was relentless! Cars honking all night long, police sirens every couple of hours and it seemed like traffic doesn’t stop throughout the night. If I was to stay there again I would sacrifice choice of the view for peaceful night.

Absolute luxury after a 4 day trek to Machu Picchu

Pros: Lovely, modern hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Really nice buffet breakfast. Really good restaurants nearby.

Cons: A little far from Plaza des Armas if you need to meet there for tours. 15-20 mins walk, not too bad

Perfect small hotel for Cusco. Modern, comfortable, good location, great staff. Excellent value.

Pros: Location excellent for train station. Reasonable restaurant nearby. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast good, albeit limited. Staff excellent and helpful.

Cons: Occasional sewage odour from bathroom. Need better quality and fresher bread at breakfast.
