Characterful, central hotel with very helpful staff

Pros: The location and staff are incredible! Perfect for a stay in Cusco. The facilities were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and had tons of options. Overall, I'd still recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice hotel close to the plaza de Armas!

Cons: While the facilities were clean and comfortable, my key didn't work three times during my three night stay and I had to ask for help at the front. Also my sink leaked if I left the tap on for more than 10 seconds. The \

Pros: The staff was very helpful, the room was spacious and the location is great. The breakfast was great too. Overall a reasonable value for money

Cons: I understand it caters more to value segment but would be great if managers can think about travellers. The electrical sockets were more than 2m away from bed, the kettle was useless coz it is impossible to fill it in the small basin, the floorboards creak and the wifi coverage is awful.

Pros: Super comfy big bed and nice warm showers in the rooms. Breakfast in the morning was super nice and the staff were really helpful with giving food suggestions and things to see in Cusco.

Cons: The toilet in my room was super close to the wall in front so it was awkward to use.

Outstanding Location Hotel

Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Its location is outstanding—just a short distance from the city center, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were exceptionally welcoming.

Cons: Breakfast is a bit simple if you go late, probably there isn't refill of certain food.
