Great location, Very accomodating staff

Pros: The location is perfect, right in the middle of the plaza and close if you're doing tours. The stuff is very helpful and accomodating too. My partner sprained his ankle and they were nice enough to provide crutches and other assistance to make our stay great.

Pros: The location is excellent. It is right at the centre, while protected from the noise of the main square. Perfect for early tours.

Vibrant and charming

Pros: The receptionists Carmen Rosa and Edgar were amazing and super helpful because I got really height-sick . They went above and beyond to help me. The breakfast staff were so adorable and made an extra effort to give me light food since my height sickness didn’t allow me to eat . The room was cosy and super clean. It’s an old building and very charming . Absolutely great value for money and super central . Short way to the cathedral and city centre

Cons: If you have a room facing the street it can be noisy but there’s double-glazed windows and ear plugs too. It didn’t bother me but if you don’t sleep deep and sound could be an issue

Great hotel right in the centre of Cusco with very caring staff

Pros: Great little hotel with character and great story of the building itself. Staff are amazing - huge thank you to all ladies at reception who answered questions and helped us with everything, including storing our luggage overnight. We loved quirky hall-plaza of the old building.

Cons: Coffee, sorry guys, I love a great coffee, not Nescafe.

Amazing

Pros: Staff super nice, specially Edgar, who always offered to help. Very good room with a lot of space and good bathroom. Breakfast offered was good and they even prepared a breakfast bag as we were going for a hike at 3am. They have a laundry service which was amazing and cheap. Tea available for free with coca leaves. Lovely decoration and very clean.

Cons: It was all good!

Pros: We loved our stay! The location was perfect. I’d read some reviews about noise, but that’s to be expected in Cusco. We barely noticed it—being on the third floor probably helped. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was great, and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The whole place was charming and lovely. The central courtyard was a wonderful place to sit and drink tea. The staff were incredibly helpful. Location was excellent

Cons: Our room was split over two floors which was quirky but had to be reached by a fairly steep barrow staircase. Only an issue if stairs are a problem

Delightful the oposite to a charachterless fhain hotel and really the very best location. Walking distance to train stat

Pros: Fabulous character building dating from 1650. Charming and the pictures of it are justified.

Cons: The location a few short strides from the cities main square is brilliant. Maintained with pride and flair by the owners.

Amazing staff, nice hotel but very noisy at night

Pros: The staff were amazing. So helpful, they did so much for us. The hotel is nice, the location is just off the main square.

Cons: The hotel is immediately opposite a club that plays music until 5am most nights and you can hear it. Tours leave Cusco between 3-5 am and so there are always people in the lobby chatting and we could hear them every morning for 30 mins.

Pros: Setting inside hotel is beautiful, and it is very pleasant to sit in the inside courtyard. Christopher the host is very friendly and obliging. Breakfast was good. All the staff were helpful.

Cons: The street outside is noisy in the evening/night, however the two double glazed doors on our street side room were pretty effective in blocking the noise, so I can't say it really disturbed us.
