Pros: Perfect hotel in the heart of Cusco. Staff were attentive and always were checking in on us, even preparing a takeaway breakfast bag for us on the morning of our early flight. Location is very central walkable to all the main attractions and restaurants. Great value for money would recommend.

Pros: Lovely hotel and close to everything. Breakfast was great with a beautiful view on the mountains in the background. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Sadly, there was no window in our room, and it did get a bit hot at times, but the room fan certainly helped.

Pros: The location could not be better, the hotel staff was very friendly and we have got such a great service by the breakfast. The breakfast itself was amazing, lot of fruits, fresh coffee, the egg omelet was the best. 24/7 access to the drinking water and tea was so handy. Very comfortable beds, spacious room and the best shower pressure we had in the past 2 weeks in Peru. I definitely highly recommend this hotel

Cons: The pre-packed breakfast for our an early morning trip could be better considering how generous the breakfast buffet was, We got no fruit in the bag. Not a big deal though

Pros: Lovely breakfast, beautiful setting, courteous and helpful staff. The accommodations were very comfortable, the decor of the lobby was cozy with many plants and sunlight.

Cons: It did not appear there was any way to get your luggage up to the lobby other than the flight of stairs.
