It’s a nice property with a good location and a lovely view.

Pros: It was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and were always ready to help.

Cons: We were up on the third floor and had no wifi only in the lobby, which was rather annoying. We also were not made aware that if there is no hot water the staff need to be told to check the gas. That would have been useful information before we dealt with cold showers for the night.

Really good

Pros: Place was excellent. Really friendly and helpful. If you're lucky you'll get a lovely view of the City. Small but nice breakfast. Can't fault it.

Wonderful Service and Location

Pros: Really wonderful staff. Always very helpful. Beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the city. Hotel located just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas.

Suited my needs as a solo traveler

Pros: Staff were exceptional. Lovely location. Near to the square, shopping and eateries

Cons: Location is good, but on the door step of music blasting all night from local bars and clubs

Nice stay for a couple of nights

Pros: The hotel is located in the centre of the city, just 5-7 min. walk to the main square. It’s a perfect option for this price. I was provided with a heater, so cold nights were no problem. The view from the window was incredible.

Cons: It was a little bit noisy, but it’s a problem of Cusco in general.

Pros: The view of the main square was phenomenal. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was taken in a lovely bright courtyard. The location was great. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.
