Nice hotel with pool

Pros: Nice pool, clean room with air conditioning. Also have bag storage

Cons: Not many vegan choices for breakfast (which closes at 9!)

Perfect location clean and great staff

Pros: The location of the hotel was great - right near the lake and centre of the town. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was modernised. They have a lovely pool and the breakfast was simply magnificent with the staff so nice highly recommended.

Really Impressed!

Pros: The hotel was very clean, it's brilliant to have use of the swimming pool. A highlight for us was breakfast on the rooftop and the staff serving breakfast that day, it was delicious!

Cons: Can't really think of anything - maybe the pool could be open slightly later than 8pm but it's not really an issue! We had a great stay.

Nicest place to stay in the oasis

Pros: Probably the best place to stay in the oasis if you want a quiet location and a good sleep! On the quiet side of town (away from the hostels with club music playing until 2am) with a big comfy bed. There is a nice pool which comes in very useful during the sunny days. Breakfast was a la carte and made to order rather than a buffet, so the quality was good. Hot water in the showers!!

Cons: The toilet leaked a bit every time we flushed it. No hairdryers in the rooms - but you can borrow one from reception

Pros: Great location next to the oasis, easily accessible. Nice pool that we unfortunately didn't have time to use. Good breakfast at the rooftop of the hotel with a nice view on sand dunes.

Cons: Windows could be opened from outside.

Lovely hotel, let down by unfriendly reception staff

Pros: Great location, lovely pool, great hot water supply, and lovely, friendly woman who made a delicious breakfast. The reception staff were somewhat surly though, and that reduced their score for us.

Cons: Reception staff need to be more welcoming, barely a grunt when we left and returned each time.

Pros: Great pool and facilities (showers, toilets). Enormously kind personal at breakfast! Superb location for Huacachina.

Cons: The night porter should definitely work on customer service and his general attitude as well as friendliness towards customers! The cockroach near reception and the welcoming bug under my pillow :/

Pros: Amazing location right in the centre of the oasis. Probably the nicest property available out of the options surrounding the lake. Beautiful design with a lovely swimming pool which is great to cool down during the hot afternoons. Room was really clean and modern with huge TV that featured great sports options. Great shower with hot water, really nice breakfast served on the rooftop.
