Wonderful hosts and great location close to the hustle and bustle but private and comfortable!
Pros: The owner and staff were amazing and the breakfast was fresh and hearty, with a touch of artistic design. They were more than accomodating and packed us bagged breakfast for the days were were hiking which was so appreciated! Great location within 10 minutes to the main square, located on a beautiful street with benches for private journalling away from the people trying to sell their goodies. We would come back in a heart beat!
Cons: At the time, they were doing some plumbing construction - not in their control- but did make for some time without a shower (after a four day trek wasn't great timing for us) but when the water was working - it was hot and great pressure! First world problems we realize:(

Pros: Really pretty space, the room was spacious, clean and modern. Shower facilities were great - hot water and great water pressure. Breakfast was freshly made based off a menu selection too. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Nothing - only positive feedback 😊

Nice small hotel in a quiet Cusco neighbourhood
Pros: Nice hotel a bit outside Cusco center in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff was very accomodating and helpful, room was spacious and clean. In less than 10 minutes walk you re in Cusco's main plaza, there's a supermarket 5 minutes walk and many eateries all around. Area was very safe even at dawn, waiting for tourist buses pick ups. There's always someone at the reception 24/7.
Cons: Wifi was slow with many disconnections. A second lamp on the bedside table would be great as there were only ceiling spotlights as room lighting.

Brilliant property for price paid.
Pros: staff were friendly and used google translate if any barriers. checkin was welcomed even though i was quite late. they lock the front door which is comforting for security. tv hot shower clean room warm greeting on whatsapp before arriving.
Cons: These aren’t dislikes just FYIs: I saw some comments about mould. Yes there is some mould in the bathroom but how much are you paying for the property. The location isn’t the nicest but again close enough to main squares so not a problem once you get your bearings. Yes it appeared a staff member was asleep in the reception area but i think this is because of the locked door and people coming/going all hours so it’s for us really. like i said not complaints i was very happy with my stay even spent a day in bed because i was exhausted lol.

Pros: We had a wonderful time at Casa Pardo! The female receptionists were friendly and super helpful, offering great tips on things to do in Cusco. What We Loved: Location: Just a short walk to the main attractions like the Plaza de Armas—perfect for sightseeing. Staff: The receptionists were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. Room: Comfortable, clean, and ideal for a short stay. Value: Great price for the location and service. Flexibility: We could check in early and even leave our luggage after check-out, which was really convenient.
Cons: Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, which was a bit frustrating at times.

Pros: It was a stylish, well equipped room: we had AC and electric kettle. Nice fresh local breakfast, vegan option also available, they also packed when we had early morning hikes.
Cons: Some receptionists didn’t speak English, which made communication a lot harder

Pros: Had a great stay at Casa Pardo. Even though we slept there only one night we were allowed to stow our bags there for a couple of nights whilst we visited Machu Picchu. When we picked up our bags they were also kind enough to book us a cab to the airport.
