Nice hotel in San Blas district

Pros: Very clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of San Mlas district. Fantastic view and a very good breakfast. We liked the service andf the approach they have.

Cons: Everything was fine. The only minor thing is that we asked for two rooms with twin beds but the hotel was fully booked and we had two double beds instead which was less convenient for teen kids.

Pros: It’s a great hotel and super nice staff they are always helpful for any kinds of questions.

Cons: No minibar/fridge in the room

Excellent hotel in great location

Pros: Beautiful and quiet hotel with great views over the city. Excellent breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.

Quiet and comfortable.

Pros: Comfy bed, good shower pressure, good breakfast - eggs made to order. The staff helped me out with a late checkout, stored our luggage until later in the day, and it was lovely and quiet to sleep.

Cons: Nothing.

The Perfect Hotel for a Beautiful City

Pros: The perfect example of how a hotel should be. We were initially only meant to stay for 3 nights, but due to struggling to adjust to the high altitude quickly enough, our plans changed, and so we ended up staying longer, and the staff could not have been any more helpful. Whatever our query/request, they always went above and beyond, even moving our luggage from one room to another after we extended our stay but couldn't remain in the same room. This was mirrored across all the different staff we met, not just in reception; the breakfast team were just as happy, positive and helpful. In addition, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms we stayed in were both lovely and perfect for our needs, especially the main triple room, which was a great large size with 3 king-size beds.

Cons: The location was great, a quieter part of town and was only a short, picturesque 10-15-minute walk into the centre of town, but due to the hotel being located quite high up the walk back was a little tougher as it was mainly up-hill so the first few days when we were adjusting to the high altitude we found this quite tough, but there were plenty of taxi's would happily take us for 10 Peruvian Sol.

What a great find in Cusco!

Pros: What a great find in Cusco! This hotel is super convenient, easily accessible by taxi or Uber, and just a pleasant 10-minute stroll from Plaza de Armas. You'll find it very clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that provide a relaxing retreat. The reception team is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious and diverse. For its superb value, I absolutely recommend staying here.

Fabulous hotel with spectacular view of Cusco

Pros: Beautiful hotel with spectacular view over Cusco. Friendly staff, great location and delicious breakfast.

Good choice in San Blas

Pros: Amazing view over the city, comfortable room. San Blas is a great area, but it is a small hike up.

Cons: Water temperature in the shower fluctuates and the drain was half clogged.
