Great location, great staff, nice hotel

Pros: staff was super friendly. Last room we stayed in had some artefacts in a cabinet which was interesting. the layout feels genuine and the breakfast was plentiful and nice.

Cons: All windows are inward facing towards the courtyard so we hear it when people leave early to go on tours. Not a super modern hotel but it works and is characterful.

Oasis in the heart of Cusco

Pros: Very friendly staff. We were able to leave luggage whilst going off on trips . Quiet part of town

Cons: Nothing really. A bit of a walk from the town square but really only took 10 mins

Fantast staff; location, price and just a lovely hotel!

Pros: The staff are excellent - has a family feel, you are treated like a guest and not a number. The manager Jose is simply brilliant and willing to go the extra mile; when I had an issue with an excursion he stepped in and said 'not to worry he'll speak to the 3rd party company and sort it out'; which he did. You really are in good hands; Roxanne the receptionist helped with locating different venues of interest and recommendations; always helpful and smiling. A good choice of breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and served by another friendly member of the team. Hotel is spot on for location; just 5 mins from the main square and has a great architectural look, similar to a Moroccan Riad as the rooms look into a court yard with a water fountain - lovely! Highly recommend and as mentioned the staff are fantastic - \

Decent hotel, great staff.

Pros: Staff were *AMAZING* - so helpful. It was decently located near the main square too. Rooms were comfortable enough.

Cons: The bathrooms weren’t great - small - and the showers randomly changed temperature whilst showering. The rooms also “look out” onto the main atrium so you can’t open your curtains.

Pros: Very clean and quiet. Nice staff, especially the owner. Location is good, close to all the landmarks.

Feel like a 19th century aristocrat in this beautiful space where the kind staff takes care of you.

Pros: This hotel has beautiful interior and 5-star customer service by everyone on staff. It is clear that care is taken by everybody to pamper each guest. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The quiet location is steps away both from the heart of Cuzco and the San Blas district.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, and the location is excellent - within walking distance to the center, but no noise comes into the room. But most importantly the staff is charming and helpful! Unfortunately, my brother got sick, and the staff did everything to make him feel better. 100% recommended.

Pros: O hotel é muito confortável, limpo e bem localizado. A equipe sempre muito prestativa e acolhedora. A ceia do réveillon estava uma delícia!

Cons: O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções e achei um pouco caro no primeiro dia que não estava incluso na diária (38 soles), fora isso, foi tudo ótimo.
