Perfect for English speakers and location!

Pros: Location is perfect, just 2 blocks away from Orion supermarket. Fast wifi Great English speaking reception staff Nice service Clean and comfortable room Perfect lobby with complimentary tea Hot water and good water pressure! (Very important bit in Cusco) Ashley, the receptionist, she was a superstar!!!

Pros: Hotel was nice! Breakfast was amazing,10/10! Room was okay for that price but toalet was a little bit old and not so clean!

Superb staff, excellent location and fabulous breakfast

Pros: The staff were all fabulous, with a special shout out to Ashley, who was just phenomenal. We arrived late at night, very tired and feeling the effects of the altitude. She was so kind and caring. She helped us with our bags to our room, made us Coco leaf tea to revive us. Her English was phenomenal. Ashley always had a ready smile and was so welcoming every time we came back into the hotel. She was so proactive, anticipating our every need, including organising our taxis. Breakfast was amazing. Cons: There was honestly nothing. Everything was excellent

Pros: The room was very spacious and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Really pleasant to sit in the lounge. The breakfast was very very tasty. I have to mention the staff - they were always helpful, kind and with a smile on their face. They offered me coca tea as soon as I arrived and made me feel very welcome.

Cons: The hotel is at crossroad and due to traffic it can get noisy. I have to mention that I was staying during the carneval weekend which probably made the traffic situation worse than usual.

Pros: We went away for 1 day and 1 night to go to Machu Picchu with only a light bag and they kept our main luggage in the room even though we did not pay for the room that night we were off. It was very convenient!

Pros: We had an amazing stay, one night at Casa Cristóbal Centenario. The room and shower were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all kinds of matter like taxi organization. We even received a coca tee on arrival. The breakfast included a selection of various plates with a hot coffee and freshly pressed juice included. The location of the other Casa Cristóbal where we also stayed is a little bit more in the middle of the historical center but the location is still very good, close to Qurikancha. Overall would totally recommend!

Great location, great value

Pros: Location was well centered, windows were noice isolated, food was fancy and good quality, staff was very friendly, bathroom was quite big

Cons: The room was quite visible from the outside through the windows

Cons: The personnel don't speak good English and it's very difficult to explain. The internet is poor and keeps dropping out.

Comfy beds and great breakfast. Shame there’s no courtyard.

Pros: Lovely decor, was clean and had great breakfast and coffee. Beds were super comfy.

Cons: There were no windows in the room. The bathroom was vented out to the hallway. Walls were thin. You could hear everything.

Pros: Staff was super helpful and we were allowed to leave our suitcase for a couple of days. A few options of breakfast with possibility to have packed for early tours
