Basic room but price reflects that

Pros: Staff very helpful, bed comfortable, arranged a takeout breakfast which was great

Cons: Rooms are cold, curtains need to be thicker or with blackout lining

Very nice stay

Pros: The staff was very nice. I liked my room and bathroom. It was very comfortable.

Great for a short stay

Pros: The rooms were big and felt very comfy. Very clean. The location was great and the staff were super helpful. Exceptional in their service. Room had netflix so was a great way to unwind.

Cons: The room was not sound proof and was woken by someone playing folkore music until 2.30am in the morning. In addition there was quite a bit of light coming into the room so this made it a bit diffcult to fall asleep.

Wonderful staff, great location, and comfortable amenities

Pros: This hotel is very close (less than 10-minute walk) to Cusco city center. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The bathroom was clean and well ventilated, the bed was comfortable, and the room offered large shelves for storing our items. It felt like coming home each time we returned.

Cons: Some local recommendations would be great. However, our stay was short and this hotel met all our needs.

Pros: The bedrooms are really big, clean and light. It can get quite cold during the night but there are enough blankets to cover you. The rooms were really clean also. What really stood out was the kindness of the personell (or owners?). They would get up super early in the morning to make us breakfast to go for our trips which they would help us book. Really good value for the price!

Cons: It is true that the walls seem to be quite thin so you can hear sometimes what’s going on around you. But nothing that good ear plugs couldn’t fix. I guess it is a little more off - center than other accommodations, but it’s only a 15 minute walk to the city center.

Strongly reccomended

Pros: What i like the most is the staff (owners?). They lended the clothes to me for the trip next day as i didnt have any. So sweet and helpfull ☺️This is a very proper hotel room with a comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Floor looks like you could eat of of it.

Pleasant hotel with helpful staff

Pros: - Helpful, kind staff - They packed breakfast when we went on tours early morning - Nice shower and pleasant room

Cons: - Location was slightly farther from the main square than we expected, but the 10-15 minute walk was not a big issue

Comfortable and great value stay in Cusco!

Pros: Great location, super clean, very comfortable, great facilities including shower and comfortable warm beds. Staff were super helpful and accommodating! We left our bags throughout 5 days in Salkantay and on the day of checkout. Breakfast was also great and varied with eggs, avocado, fresh juice Totally recommend!

I will return, nice hotel!

Pros: I had a really big room (and I was on my own) with a double and a single bed. Everything was spotless! For me the location was good, just close to where the combis to Urubamba (but also other parts leave). They also arranged a trip to the Rainbow Mountain for me and packed some snacks to take because I had to leave at in the morning. Incredibly freindly staff. Breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs, avocado, marmelade, fresh bread etc. Next time I am in Cusco I will come here again!

Cons: I wanted to pay with my card, but that would have added 5%. This happens more in Peru, but I am getting a little fed up with this. It is okay, but just mention this when booking.
