Hotel Prisma Cusco

Great hotel

Pros: The room was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. I had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the hills. The location was good. It felt very safe.

Cons: I liked everything except.. when I changed to a tour group (on the third night) we were given an internal room with windows to the hallways. No privacy and very noisy. I also noticed the staff were less helpful and warm. It was a significant contrast. Considering the tour groups are supporting this hotel.. I would think they should give equal service.

Great central hotel

Pros: Central, clean, very helpful staff, nice villa-like place.

Cons: Nothing to report.

Lovely hotel

Pros: The rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful and provided free luggage storage.

Pros: Great location only few min walk to main square staff very helpful bright and nice and clean

Cons: A little noisy you could here people in other rooms the restaurant could be better but it cusco peru

Reasonable budget choice

Pros: Good location, relatively quiet (higher floors were better) Staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry was good value (7 soles per kg), and done same day if you hand in by 8am Massage facility at the hotel was good Soap in room but nothing else

Cons: Shower temperature was hit & miss - took a while! Breakfast was okay but often run out, so had to keep going back to see if stocked.

Hotel with a great view from the room terrace

Pros: I had booked a room with a terrace and it was great. But if you book a room without a terrace, many of the rooms have windows facing the building's corridors. There is no fresh air at all. The reception staff were responsive, helped arrange a tour, the room was very clean. The view from the terrace is great and the location is also good. Breakfast is served from 5.00 AM.

Cons: The breakfast was adequate, but from the photos on booking.com it looked better with more choice. Very early check-out - 10.00 AM.

Pros: Good location, comfy and bright room. Good breakfast.

An enjoyable nights stay in Cusco and was sorry I could not stay longer.

Very decent hotel for a food price

Pros: Very cute room with a balcony (city view), spacious bathroom, elevator, nonstop reception with kind personel, availability of laundry for a decent prize. 15 minutes walk from the main square.

Cons: Nothing, the beast deal for such prize but there were rooms with no windows (only to corridor) so choose which room you get

Pros: Clean and neat . Super helpful front desk who were always available no matter the hours when our tours left super early. Great location and lovely rooms with balconies
